I literally just had the worst experience at this restaurant ever I typically order for this restaurant frequently and I never had a bad experience like this. First I order my food around 9:07 and I arrived there about 20 minutes later around 9:30 my food was ready but my order was wrong I had to pay an extra four dollars to correct order. Not only was my order wrong and they left out my salmon they also didn’t give me the right meat I asked for white meat they gave me dark meat moving forward I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my salmon then the wrong portion of my salmon came out then they went back to the kitchen and i had wait a little longer to get my salmon the lady that was helping me was a younger white lady with blonde hair who told me she was a general manager when I express my frustration with her how I had to wait literally hour and then my food is cold and i still got the wrong portion how nothing was right she didn’t even have the empathy to say I apologize. All she said was i tried to fix it which was clearly not fixed or i wouldn’t be writing this review. On top of that everything that was wrong with my order when I asked for a refund she hesitated like she didn’t want to give me my money back that I paid. Now i got to wait 24 hours for my money to be refunded back to my card and I still didn’t eat and didn’t get my food. I am so upset right now I can’t even believe that I had this type of service there I literally go there all the time and never got had this happen. Smh

SPOKE WITH ASHLEY WHO IS LITERALLY THE BEST PERSON EVER SHE SHOULD REALLY BE THE GENERAL MANAGER. SHE IS THE BEST SHE LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS AND KNOWS ME BECAUSE I AM A REGULAR. SHE WAS SO APOLOGETIC. IF IT WAS NOT FOR HER I WOULD NOT GO BACK. I LOVE THE FOOD BUT I HATE BAD SERVICE. BUT ALL AND ALL I WILL RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OVER OTHER JUST GO WHEN ASHLEY IS WORKING. Definitely 5 star...
Read moreUnfortunately, I have to edit this once 5 star review down to a 1, all over side sauce and a rude employee. I decided i wanted that lovely Hibachi i had last week again! My husband ordered hibachi for me which according to the rude woman he spoke with comes with 3 white sauces. When my husband got in the car I noticed only 2 sauces and he mentioned he also paid for an additional sauce. Should be 4 in total. My husband went back inside for me and that's where the unnecessary rudeness began. He was literally treated as if he had stolen a side sauce and lied about it! They had to check the bag for them to confirm there wasn't more in there and argued about simple math with my husband when they were in the wrong. He was simply trying to explain that if it comes with 3 then clearly one is missing..and so is the other he paid for! The attitude and the way he was treated was inexcusable and just not necessary what so ever.. Another employee even confirmed he had paid additional for the missing sauce and the ended employee still wouldn't let it go. That one sour apple at your work place is the reason myself and my family will not be returning.
My husband and I tried this place for the first time today and were extremely satisfied with the food we received! Im a huge fan of Kobes Japanese Steakhouse but couldn't really afford to pay their prices so it was great when i came across this place! We both ordered the Hibachi Chicken and Steak and it was absolutely delicious! I had to call beforehand to check that they had white sauce as it wasn't on the menu and they confirmed for me it was (gotta have the white sauce!) Upon pick up, the lovely woman behind the counter whom I believe was the owner, was kind enough to give my husband a very decent amount of sauce and trust me, I was extremely grateful. Read moreWe love this location since we live close but lately we've noticed a decline. We come on Sundays and it's our date night. When ordering our meal the cashiers are always attentive and amazing with going through the menu to try new items. Behind the register whether busy or not they are working hard and happy to serve. Our last visit was a cute young girl with fun glasses and a tall young guy who were great but our server was basically nonexistent. She must have been the one I saw behind the walkway wall vaping and sitting on a box on her phone. It wasn't busy yet there she was sitting. The manager I'm guessing she was busing tables that had been sitting dirty the whole time we were there and didn't seem to mind. If we needed anything we kept asking the cashiers who would then get it because our " server" couldn't be bothered. This needs to be addressed. You have workers working hard and she's sitting there on her phone. I asked the cashier if tips were split and was pretty upset to find the tip went to a person who I never saw before tipping then saw sitting.
