Went to drive thru placed our order two double deluxe butter burgers one was a basket. I pulled around to wait for them to bring our food to the vehicle. Once the order came out I took a bite of my sandwich and was disappointed as it was not fresh and hot at all. I parked went inside was assisted by the cashier who pulled up my order on the screen and told me they could remake my two burgers. As I waited I decided to order another sandwich for my husband and after that I asked the cashier if I could get the fry remade since I had a basket and she said you have to bring back that original fry. I told her it’s in the car and asked if I could get it due to me being inconvenienced? She said that I need to go get the other fry in order for them to remake a fry. While I was standing at the counter I asked if that gentleman was the manager? She said yes he is the manager (man with red hair and several tattoos on his arms) and I began to try and speak to him and he did acknowledged me immediately and when I began to explain how my sandwiches were cold when they came to the car he turned his back to me as to devalue what I was saying to him. No apology from anyone about the food so I continued to stand there patiently waiting. Another young man approached me to ask if there was anything he could assist me with and I explained I was waiting on my husband’s sandwich and also a small fry. He said he would go see what was holding up my order. He came from behind the wall and attempted to get a small fry for me and the manager stopped him saying what are you doing? He said I’m getting her a small fry when the manager told him no and to put it back. I said sir I ordered a basket and my experience has been ruined due to not being able to enjoy the meal together and I asked for a small fry since that is what I purchased. He said to me if you did not bring back the small fry I am not giving you another fry. I said I am only asking since I have been inconvenienced having to come inside and wait on fresh sandwiches. He still said no. I said I will be reaching out to corporate & I explained how sad it is to have to contact corporate due my inconvenience...
Read moreThis place has awesome burgers, awesome Frozen custard, and they serve crinkle cut french fries with their burger meals which is typically unheard of in other restaurants that serve burgers and fries. But I will admit, I usually just get their burgers and fries because they have the best butter butter sandwiches you can buy. I didn't even know what a butter burger was until I ate at this place. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and they typically play soul music and easy listening. The service is pretty good as well, and the drive-thru typically has a line wrapping around the building, with a jam packed lobby inside, full of customers. Even with all the customers, the service is still great, and wait times are very reasonable. Considering how much places like McDonald's typically charge these days for meals, the prices that they charge for their meals at this restaurant are definitely worth the money and value, especially when you consider that you're paying for the experience of the dining as well I highly recommend if you have never eaten at this place and are curious as to how the food tastes, you will not be disappointed if you stopped by and ordered. I don't usually leave reviews of 5 stars and I usually find something that bugs me enough to complain about. But with this place, I can honestly say I have no complaints. I am definitely a satisfied customer. And I am definitely recommending this to everyone that's reading this post. Read moreReally specular service at this location. I have only used the drive thru. But a while back it had seemed like maybe they had forgotten about me. Totally fine, mix ups happen. I called into the restaurant and the woman who answered was happy to help get thing sorted. Even asked if I'd like some ice cream for the delay. Awesome way to handle the situation.
Fast forward to last night. Girlfriend and I in the car, both hungry after work and ready to be home. We notice that quite a few people that had come after us had got their food an been on their way. A young man came up to the car to check on us and our order. The next young lady who came to drop food at another car asked what we had ordered. Then our food finally came. By this point I was fairly frustrated. Hangry if you will. Lol. But this is where things changes. She was extremely kind and apologetic about the situation. Didn't make excuses, let us know it was a mix up in the kitchen. (I truly believe honesty is the best policy). And offered us free meal coupons. Then continued to apologise some more. Amazing way to handle the situation. Honest and sincere.
Moral of the story is the manager and employees at this location are doing a fantastic job. Every time I visit they seem genuinely happy to take my order and greet me at the window.
