The food was great, however the cook or whatever she is probably the manager, very rude.. We intentioned to order two mozzarella sticks+drinks. Asked if we wanted a receipt and when said no with the least of thought. the waiter came and brung our order we were given a third mozzarella stick, i was one of the girls who the food was handed to, and i looked up in confusion, showing confusion indirectly asking, “huh? we ordered three?”. clearly in a state of confusion but also not sure if we may have accidentally bought three or if it was intentional on the waiters part. It was a duplicate of one of our orders, personally i was too confused to say any thing in expectation that the waiter knows what she was doing as the store was not busy enough to confuse orders, understand mistakes happen though. However we did not touch the third stick, it was just kind of sitting there. As we are finishing up eating, the waiter and i assume manager, terrible approach …very rude, very embarrassing how she approached us in front of other customers. As we just sit in confusion. Anyways manager is very rude, but as a manager for another food company, that is not a way you approach and treat your customers, if any thing i can understand the mistake that happened, but the manager should pay more attention to the waiter rather the customer, again.. especially with that approach. We sit as the other girl writes a review, manager comes back out to uphold her previous actions, turns into unnecessary scene from both parts. I expect more from a manager especially from a new business.. she needs to work on her attitude and separate business from...
Read moreHonestly kudos to the Mochinut crew. We came in because it was next door to where we ate and ordered a dozen mochi donuts. They were out of a few and I had assumed they were out for the night and didn't ask so I got a few that weren't my first choice, but I was okay with that. I sat with my partner and after a bit they came up with new fresh donuts. We hadn't opened the box and realized the blame was on myself but I asked since we hadn't opened the box if we could exchange a few to try these new flavors. I expressed that I knew it was my fault and if the answer was no that it was absolutely fine. The worker in the front went and asked. She came back and said unfortunately they couldn't exchange. I said I completely understood and thanked her for asking. Not 2 mins later the manager or owner, not sure, came out and asked us if everything was okay with our donuts. I said absolutely and it was simply my mistake and I appreciated them for making sure. She then went and grabbed two of the fresh new donuts for me and my partner. Honestly for me that is going above and beyond because again, it was my fault 100% and they still had excellent customer service and genuinely seem to care about the customers experience. You really can't ask for more. Oh and they donuts are great. A must...
Read moreI’ve been wanting to go to this place for a long time now ever since i found them on instagram and i finally got the chance. The place is very small and has a few small tables, but it’s expected since it’s not like it’s a dining restaurant. The person who served us was Yandi who speaks both english and spanish. Yandi let us try some flavors before picking which ones we wanted. It suddenly had gotten packed but everyone got their order quickly including me. For every hot dog order, they prepare it once u order it so that it comes out warm. My mom had to wait a little bit for her oreo donut but that was because she was baking a new batch, so my mom received hers warm. That being said, my mother loved hers and she’s a picky eater when it comes to food outside, so that says a lot. I had ordered a half and half potato corndog (which means half of the corndog is cheese and half sausage and the outer corndog had potato ) and a boba drink that’s called ube. I recommend this place and i will be going again in the future to try their new elote half and half corndog. I hope to still see Yandi there and well if it’s in God’s will. God bless...
