I have frequented this location from the time they first opened and I am a Rewards member with mega points. I have never ever had any kind of issue with this location or an experience like this with any business. Be WARNED: This location has a new owner, Parat (I may have the wrong spelling) He's the problem noone or nothing else. Had a problem with the app on an email I was sent for BOGO small bowls. He was out to make me a liar from the onset for some reason unknown. Kept insisting it was Uber. I spoke to a different GM and they, too, were appalled at what transpired. I told him I had the email in hand, long story short this '2 month new owner' very combative and deragatory and told me to never come back again. Oh and how he has made sure that will happen. Never ever in my life has something like this happened I will not step foot in his location but will seek out their other locations because, typically, they are very nice, accomodating and their food is delicious. The other GM I spoke with offered me to add more points to my account and I politely refused because I said it wasn't about that for me at all and I wouldn't do that to them, that it was just about a business owner not knowing what he's doing and if he keeps it up they'll end up closing this location. I never raised my voice tone with him, never screamed or cursed. My own manager was behind me, at my work, hearing the conversation and he couldn't believe this guy. I've been a business owner several times in the past so I know good business practices. I did say to him " you do realize that I'm the customer right?" I also told him that he needed some customer service skills and when he said that 'after he checks with IT' he'd honor the offer and I did tell him "as you should". i mean, I had it in hand to prove to him, he didn't need to be so nasty. The other GM told me they even had a news alert about that offer having problems (he didn't seem to have ever heard about it) and it didn't get solved until 7pm-my order was at 4pm. Appalled at this new owner, Parat at the Millenia location-he'll be the ends to what was a wonderful business! The only thing that he could do to save this, with me, is to personally call and profusely apologize and...
Read moreI recently visited Sushi Eatstation to try their newly launched chicken tempura menu, and I was genuinely impressed with the creativity, flavor, and quality of every dish I tried.
I started with the Cluckin’ Good Flamin’ Hot Cheetos burrito. This burrito is such a fun, bold twist on a classic. The spicy crunch from the crushed Cheetos paired perfectly with the savory chicken and creamy sauces inside. Every bite was a combination of heat, richness, and texture—it’s definitely a must-try if you like a little spice and something out of the ordinary.
Next up was the Party In My Mouth bowl, and the name could not be more accurate. It was packed with fresh ingredients, layers of flavor, and just the right amount of heat and sweetness. I loved how everything was balanced from the tender protein to the crisp veggies and signature sauces. It felt like a complete, satisfying meal in one bowl.
And then came the new star of the show: the Tossed Tempura Tenders. These are hand-breaded, made fresh daily, and absolutely addictive. I tried all three flavors: Triple X, Mango Habanero, and the newest one, Sweet Sriracha. Each one brought something different Triple X had a deep heat that builds, Mango Habanero had that perfect sweet-spicy balance, and Sweet Sriracha was smooth, tangy, and my personal favorite. The chicken itself was juicy inside, crunchy outside, and never greasy.
Sushi Eatstation did an amazing job with this launch. It’s playful, high-quality, and full of flavor. If you’re looking for something fun, bold, and satisfying, I highly recommend checking it out. Whether you’re a regular or visiting for the first time, this new menu is...
Read moreIt feels unfortunate to have to have to leave this review as the first time I came here a few weeks ago I was impressed by the reasonable prices and abundant topping choices for poke bowls. However, I was extremely disappointed by my more recent visit. It took 37 minutes after submitting my order through the kiosk to actually get my food despite a mostly empty store. My order consisted of 1 small poke bowl and 1 order of crab rangoons. The food was okay, but certainly nothing worth waiting almost 40 minutes for. My partner’s poke bowl was missing jalapeños and had significantly less tuna than salmon despite ordering (and paying for!) a double portion of tuna. They also asked for “light sauce” and when receiving his order was informed that they did not have any “light sauce”… he explained that he means he wants less sauce on the bowl and the employee said “oh okay here you go” and handed him the bowl drenched in sauce, knowing that she hadn’t made it with less sauce. I’m a bit confused as to why she didn’t ask for clarification before making the bowl as we were sitting right there, and then didn’t even offer to fix it when she knew that it was wrong. Employees were not apologetic to us about the wait either, even though we saw them apologizing and offering a free beverage or appetizer to another guest who had been waiting for less time. The employees knew that we were unhappy but rather than continue to bother them we just left with the disappointing food. All in all, I don’t think we’ll be returning and am really bummed as this place seemed to have a lot of potential to become a...
