Honestly I don't know what happened to the quality of your cookies in the past two years but they have no flavor in them anymore, they taste like bread. Did they cut back on sugar or something in the recipes per corporates request? The cookies just come out flat as a pancake and taste like bread or malt. If I had to guess I'd say corporate is trying to cut expenses much like chipotle and other major companies, so in order to meet expenses they've limited the amount of sugar they put in the cookies or they are using less quality ingredients. 2-3 years ago the cookies tasted amazing like delicious, flavorful, fluffy, and overall big. Now they are just flat pancakes that taste like bread. Such a shame, but I guess this happens with most companies after they've been in business for a couple years. I really do miss the early days of crumbl. Also not a fan of how the app puts all the opinions on the employees, they are always friendly and nice at any location, but the cookies are bleh, yet the app doesn't let you say anything about the quality of the cookie, it just asks about the employees like 8 questions on them and then last question about how the cookie looks, not it's quality or taste. So you can't even comment on that.... hmmm, seems odd.

Update 01-10-2025 To the Owner Response... is this a bot response??? Did you even read my review, my concern is not about assisting me promptly and effectively... as stated in the review I have no issue with the staff or customer service that's perfect 5/5 the issue is the downgraded quality of the cookies.. and again I decided to give one more chance and returned to see if maybe you listened to my comment in regards to the quality of cookies. Now listen I get it management, if corporate is telling you to cut back on expenses and stop using as much icing, and cutting back on the quality of ingredients, then there's not much you can do. My favorite cookie the Oreo sandwich was available and had to try one last time, I can't believe they found a way to make that taste worse and if that wasn't enough, when I get home to eat my cookie there is a giant solid brownie ( not pieces, not chunks) one giant solid brownie in the center of the cookie hidden around the outside by the smallest amount of filling. This is just ridiculous, it's as if you are trying to find the best way to use the least amount of filling to cut costs and save money. Again I don't know if it's management, or corporate saying " find out any means necessary to give them as little of the icing as possible, hide a giant brownie in the center and hide it by putting a thin layer of filling around the outside to disguise the cookie and make it look like it's filled with icing" well whatever the case may be, that's it.. I thought things would've changed and gave it one more try but not any more... also thanks for the response which didn't even address the initial problem of the issue not being anything with the staff, like a bot responded...

I understand that due to the 6pk for 4 sale was today and the store was really packed and busy I literally waited for an hour for the cookies that I ordered for pick up via the app, the people that were waiting when I came in at 5:33pm had gotten their order 20 mins after, the app would push me back in the queue, My friend that was with me got her order before mines and we ordered at the same time, I asked the guy that was preparing the order how long do I have to wait since my pick up supposed to be at 5:20pm and the app kept pushing my order back, he said he would check on it, 20 minutes past and I asked the young lady she ignored me but when someone else asked her she further assisted the other person. Not one staff member apologized to everyone regarding the wait time. I’m done with...

This was my first experience ordering crumble cookies. I placed the order the night before to be delivered in the morning. The app told me the cookies were expected to be delivered and then I got a text from doordash to be able to track the order. The issue occurred once it said that cookies were delivered. I called the delivery person and they said, "Oh. I left them at the front desk," which they had not. I called the store and they quickly put in another delivery for me which was delivered successfully. They were very quick to respond to my needs and the cookies were absolutely delicious.
