Read moreThe customer service is terrible. The general manager Shantavius was a total nightmare. The card reader was malfunctioning and instead of helping me at another register she proceeded to help those behind me and make me wait, when it was the terminal that was this issue. Then had an attitude with me because I complained. She was trying to take as many orders as possible instead of focusing on each person as they came up. She then had an attitude and complained about being short staffed. The customer should not have to suffer just because she will not hire enough people to adequately take care of the customers. I was so upset by her lack of even the slightest sympathy for what she had done I just asked for a refund. Then she made me wait 30 mins for a refund. When I complained about the additional wait, she threatened to call the police on me. I told her I have a receipt for a purchase I made and I am here legally, if she wants me gone simply process the refund so I can go. Read moreTerrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I had the absolute worst experience at the Five Guys in Orlando. The staff here is incredibly rude, racist, and downright obnoxious. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority at this location. The manager, in particular, was shockingly unprofessional and treated customers with utter disdain. Any request, no matter how simple, seemed to annoy them to no end.
Being in a city as tourist-friendly as Orlando, it's outrageous that such behavior is tolerated. The manager's racist attitude is completely unacceptable, and it's appalling that someone like this is allowed to work in such a diverse and vibrant community. I will never return to this location, and I strongly urge others to avoid it as well.
This kind of treatment should not be tolerated anywhere, especially not in a city that prides itself on welcoming visitors from all...
