Terrible, terrible delivery and customer service. There is a reason for all the 1 star reviews. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE especially if you live in a condo or apartment. They will just cancel your order, and leave you hanging, surprise! This has happened to me twice. The first time, no one answered the phone when I called to find out the reason for the cancellation, so I never knew why. The second time someone finally answered here's what he said. It is the "policy" of THIS PARTICULAR STORE that they do not deliver to the door for apartments or condo because it WASTES TOO MUCH OF THEIR TIME, and they will not follow any directions you give about delivery. Even if you have a receptionist, they do not get out of their car and walk to the receptionist to have them call you to come pick up your food. The driver would rather, and they do, cancel the already made food that's already been driven to your building. They say they try to call you directly, but many people block unknown callers on their phone as I do so this is not helpful. Why not just deliver the food as promised? Why offer delivery if you can't follow through? Their non-delivery "policy" is not stated anywhere on the app or website, but they act like it's my (the customer's) fault for not knowing. By the way, to the store, do you know what isn't a waste time? It's losing customers because of your non-delivery "policy." The nerve! Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I would it was AWFUL. I ordered delivery, mind u the store is 1 min drive away from where I ordered it to, and it took FOREVER. I ordered 2 pasta dishes they both had literally nothing in them like I could eat the whole thing in one bite, and one was completely the wrong order and an allergy hazard. I tried to be kind and clocked out of my job to go and try to make the order right. I get to the establishment and upon walking in it was already disgusting. Nevermind that i just focus on correcting my food. I walk up to the counter and no one attends me for a while. I call out to an employee and start with “ im so sorry i hate to be complaining i don’t mean to be like that bit my order is wrong is there any way u can correct it ?” The employee rudely turns around and goes to the kitchen, i call out and say “oh sorry did you need my receipt” they rudely turn around and say “no i can see”. I watch while they make it, they don’t wash their hands, and they grab the pasta with their hands along with all the other toppings as well. Mind you, all the workers look incredibly unhygienic and smell. They proceed to take thirty minutes and only give me back one of the two pastas I ordered, great now I have to wait forever for the second one. I had ID theft earlier this year. Today was the first day I had my own money. I tried several other places to see who took PayPal. Domino's takes PayPal, and so I stayed, and was quickly informed I had to order online.
While I was ordering, my allergies were acting up (Pizza ingredients in the atmosphere) and when I asked for water, Adriana quickly helped me.
Background context - I have severe allergies. It has not been a lifelong problem, but since I have gotten sick with an auto-immune disorder, good food that I can eat has been harder to come by. Tonight, the staff here at Domino's bent over backwards to help me find which ingredients were in each sauce, and when I couldn't eat any of the sauces, obliged my request for feta cheese.
Long story short, after all this, when I went to checkout, I found out PayPal is different from Venmo, and therefore I couldn't pay for the mix and match I was ordering. They covered my meal and gave me the pizza they were making, since they "can't deconstruct it once [they've] started". I took some pictures afterwards of this night.
