Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Orlando

This location is very unreliable for delivery orders. I have used them several times, and have only had the pizza delivered on time twice. Tonight absolutely has been the last time I will use them. I live in a well known neighborhood. It is not gated --- a very easy in and out type of place. I placed my order at 6pm. Delivery time given was 22-32 minutes. I received a text that the driver left at 6:30. I live maybe 15 minutes from the location. After waiting 40 minutes I called the restaurant, only to be put on hold for over 12 minutes, after which, I kept the call waiting on my cell and used my home phone to call, as well. I was put on hold for 2 min on my home phone before someone answered. The cell was never answered. I gave the girl my phone number and she called the driver, who said he'd arrive in 10 minutes. I asked for a manager. I was put on hold for 8 minutes before the manager answered. He apologized and said it would be there soon, then went silent and told me my driver had just walked back into the store with my order in his hands. He told me he'd send it right out to me...the 90 minute old pizza. He told me that the driver couldn't find my home, yet they've delivered here several times, and the driver had my home number on the order, but never called for directions. I was not offered a discount off the order or any type of good faith offer for the inconvenience. We are very fortunate to live in an area with NUMEROUS pizza take-out/delivery restaurants. Save yourself the aggravation and patronize somewhere other than...

NOTE: I only gave this review 1 star because if you don't mark at least one you can't post a review. And that sucks because no way do they deserve it. I ordered 1 LG pizza & 2 salads (which were already made, mind you) at 10:23pm on a Thursday - not a busy weeknight - from a close-by location. It didn't arrive until 11:55pm. The driver was said to have left to deliver our order at 11:24pm, but he must have been playing PokemonGo on the way here with how long it took for him to get here (no traffic or accidents in area right now). The large pizza was room temp., didn't have extra cheese & was oddly cut into very small squares (I didn't ask for that). I imagine the only reason the salads will be edible is because they were pre-made. The driver mumbled when he spoke at all & moved so slowly he seemed drugged. The online order process is clunky & cumbersome & is expensive for what you get. The front page advertises their 2 for $5.99 sale, but you won't get that deal unless you go to Google or a coupon site & find the code that triggers the discount. What in the name of all things sneaky is that?! The only reason I ordered from them is because my sick daughter wanted a salad. I'm back to Pizza Hut & regretting this entire ridiculous experience. Horrible. All of it. Other Domino locations may be ok, or even good, but don't waste your time or money at this obvious...

So many things went wrong when we ordered from here. Ordered 3 pizzas and a bunch of drinks to our hotel that was 0.3 miles away from this dominos location.

Our pizza was burnt, it wasn’t cut, we were given completely different drinks from what we ordered (not a single drink was correct). Despite being close, the food took over two hours to finally arrive because our delivery driver gave up on finding the entrance and marked it delivered without actually delivering it. He didn’t tell us and neither did the store so we only found out when we called to see where it was that it had been marked delivered already. We give them directions and finally get to meet up with the driver downstairs to receive our old, cold, burnt, uncut pizza and random assortment of drinks we didn’t order.

After all of that, we tip and grab the food, then the driver tells my brother “he must be the entertainment” whatever that means… we also got offered no form of compensation at all for any of the mistakes or terrible service that we experienced when ordering here.

All in all it was a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place whether you are...
