Wish I could give 0 stars. We placed an online order for delivery. This order was scheduled to be delivered at 1:30 PM on 12/11/2021. At 1:15 we received a phone call from the driver stating he was outside. We went to the location specified in the order notes to grab the pizzas but he was not there. We waited for approximately 15 minutes and then called the Dominos location we ordered from. They called the driver and confirmed that he was at the right location. After another 10 minutes of trying to locate this drivers car we called the store location again informing them that we circled the building and it was not possible that their driver was in the right location. GM Chris called the driver again who informed him that he had actually driven to a completely different address that was 5-10 minutes away. We obviously were frustrated and voiced this to Chris because at this point we had been waiting outside for almost half an hour. He didn't even apologize and basically said it wasn't their issue nor their responsibility to make it right because we would still be getting our order. The general manager stated "There isn't an issue so we won't be doing anything." I told him we would be complaining and he said "Have a great day", and hung up the phone. The driver finally arrived and when we told him we were frustrated with the service we received from the GM Chris he said that he "wasn't surprised". If the company has gotten complaints from employees/customers in the past (which I'm sure has been a regular accurance) they should probably look at staffing better. We placed this order for a retail store, of which I'm the Store Manager and if any of my employees spoke to our customers the way Chris spoke to me it would automatically be a write-up. Read morePlease do not order from this Dominos. I ordered a large order at 9am to prepare for 6:15 pm event. Not only did they tell me they’re sorry they’re an hour late, they then sent someone an hour later who was unable to find my apartment (not hard to find) and gave me attitude saying he was here when he wasn’t. When I called them, I was on hold for 7 minutes and had to call on another phone for them to answer my call (probably due to caller id and avoiding the issue). I’m so upset and disappointed a lot of people tonight. I even cried and still never got my refund. Please don’t come here!
UPDATE: I went into the store after spending 20 minutes with their RUDE driver not telling me where he was to better assist him in finding me…even though I’ve never had a problem before. I hung up and called the store and after another 20 minutes on hold drove there myself because of my anger at this point. MILINDA was incredible. She assured me a refund and had my food fresh and hot 15 minutes later. You could tell she was already dealing with a lot of other angry customers due to horrible staffing. Shame on the management tbh. I hope she gets the good karma she deserves; but seriously never visit this place, even if you try to prepare...
Read moreOrdered my food on the app at 9:57pm tracker stated at 10:33 they were prepping our ordered called three times and no answer, mind you I ordered delivery because I was not feeling well. I called a forth time and kept ringing for 18 mins I drove the street because I also live in Millenia blvd with the call still active I walk into the restaurant and everyone just walking around like there all lost. Phone still ringing off the hook I talk to a Megan Who seemed to be running the shift that night I go and I ask her how come nobody’s answering the phone. She quickly comes at me and tells me can’t you see we’re busy. I was very upset to begin with. This is not how a manager should be conducting a restaurant with no communication, very poor communication at that and lack of customer service if she doesn’t like her job, she should seek new employment. Don’t ever order from this location.
Canceled my order and requested an entire refund. I’d rather have a bowl of ramen before I waste my hard earned money...
