Staffing is very much an issue at the store. The plethora of problems that arose over the course of two hours it was due to the lack of staffing. The email I received confirming my order stated my order would be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes. My order was cooked and ready by 7:10 PM, 32 minutes after I placed it. This is where things went wrong. From 7:10 PM up until 7:45 PM, my order sat in store waiting for the one delivery man. 7:45 PM to 7:55 PM I spent calling the store to ask to cancel my order as I had class at eight. I called a total of eight times and was hung up on four times. The ninth time I called, the supervisor had the staff member ‘handle me’ when he asked her to take the call due to the questions I asked he was unprepared to answer. 8:15 PM I had to drive up to the store to pick up my order. There were over 10 different orders not including my own sitting there to go out for delivery. When I asked to be refunded for the delivery fee, the man helping me ask someone in the back how to do so and they replied “no we can’t just give her a drink or something’’. Hearing the lack of empathy of the issue was very upsetting. I refused and insisted that I would just like to have the delivery charge returned to my card. It took the staff member five minutes trying to figure out how to do so on the computer and a line to build up behind me for someone in the back to come and did so. The staff at the store being overworked makes their attitude horrible and makes them less than helpful when things like this arise. I don’t think I want to use Dominos again due to this experience. This was the worst domino's experience i have ever had. I will never order from this location again.
Food was barely warm, the order was wrong, parts of the food were extremely burnt and the service time was excessive.
in detail: domino's has been my go to "fast food" type pizza chain for about a decade. With all the Great authentic pizza places in orlando, i haven't ordered fast food pizza quite some time but I had a craving for dominos.
It took 10 minutes to make my order (great!) but then the order sat in "quality check" for 42 minutes. I called at about the 30 minute mark, and the person who answered the phone said that 2 orders were out for delivery ahead of me. When the pizza finally arrived, it was barely warm, dried out, and the order of chicken wings was completely wrong. We ordered buffalo and received something with bacon on it.
Clearly if the pizza takes 10 minutes to make, but you don't have a free driver for close to 40, there is a bottleneck in your process and something is broken. Either the process or the management. Since i know domino's as a whole isn't like this - I am going to assume incompetent management. Please staff more drivers, and if there aren't enough drivers, make sure you cook the order closer to the delivery availability window.
Absolute embarrassment for whoever was running this shift.

Waited an hour cause there was traffic called the guy told me the delivery driver sent the order to the wrong address so the guy told me as soon as its out of the oven it will be sent out so they remade our pizza waited more no pizza called Again they tell me its on the counter waiting to be delivered I asked at this point its 2 hours am I still gona pay for this cause it shouldn't take this long plus the mistake before he said no that the pizza is free our money is back and we still get our pizza okay so waiting again then no pizza still and its 7 00 already and I ordered at 5 15 then called again complained where is my pizza and I explained the guy laughed at me saying "I don't know what to tell you" I said exsuces me? I hanged up and went to Popeyes cause it was 8 at night already and we had work the next day. So left to Popeyes came back and guess what the pizza is there....... it dose not take 4 hours to deliver a damn pizza! That is just ridiculous I talked to the manger apparently she just started a week ago and the manger from before did not train no one just do your damn job people! This is the first time I delt with this situation from this location cause it was fine before but I should of have to go to another business just to get food. The logo "says if your experience is wrong we will make it right". Giving my money back isn't enough this needs to be fixed. No one made it right for me it was horrible experience.
