Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Orlando

I'm only writing a review now because I'm moving out of state. But ever since this location opened, I haven't had a single experience that was any less than excellent. Every drink I've ordered from here feels like they take their time to make sure it turns out exactly how it's supposed to. And the drinks themselves are super tasty, especially the seasonal recipes that are always coming out.

The staff are also exceptional. It's pretty typical that several of the staff will greet you at the pick-up window and there's always someone who will be outside to take your order if there are more than a couple cars in line. There have been some times that I've waited in line up to 5 or 6 minutes to get my order, but I feel like that's pretty reasonable considering that they don't rush to push orders out. Every drink comes out exactly as it's supposed to regardless of how busy it is. On days that I'm in a hurry, I've found that going to the walk-up window gets me my drink pretty quickly if there's a line of cars.

As others have mentioned, the prices are on the higher side. Most of my drinks fall between $6.50 and $9 when I order a large. So I don't typically come every day and instead once or twice a week to treat myself. But I feel like high prices need to be met with high quality and they absolutely produce that here.

Ever since I found out Dutch Bros was opening on Golden Road, I was really excited. My first two orders were excellent in every aspect—flavor, presentation, and service. However, my last three visits have been disappointing. The drinks were extremely watered down and overly sweet, nothing like the great quality I experienced at first.

I'm not sure if it's because I wasn't able to leave a tip on those visits, but I definitely noticed a difference in the service and drink quality. I understand that tips are a way to show appreciation, but I also expect consistent quality regardless of whether I leave a tip or not.

Next time I decide to go back—if I feel like spending $11 on two drinks again—I’ll leave a tip to see if that makes a difference. I truly hope the service and drink quality can be improved. I’d love to remain a regular customer, but I need to be able to trust the quality...

I ordered my drinks ahead trough the app at around 7. The app told me my drinks would be ready at 7:52. However when I got there my drinks weren’t even MADE 😭 I felt bad about telling them something because I thought they had a rush but it didn’t seem like it. When I got there they started preparing my drink which was a little odd because I ordered trough the app so it would be ready for me to get and then go. Overall very disappointed with that, I got my drink at 8:06 and got late to work because of it. I definitely do not recommend ordering trough the app if this is an issue, and if there’s a line get ready to wait for a long time. I love the workers but they also like to have lots of conversations with the person they are taking...
