Subway — Restaurant in Orlando

Today, Sept. 16 2023. 3 people in line. I waited over 25 minutes and never got served. I left and bought something at the store. I eat here most every day, but since Jesse left each day, the service goes down. I have tried to be fair to the new people, and the new manager is really trying and seems to be good, but how hard is it to cut a tomato in half. The guys working today were so bad I thought I would scream. The one making sandwiches is so slow today, and every day, it's a nightmare. He looks around like he's lost. Confused or whatever. It takes him so long to make a sandwich you could leave go to Wendy's have a whole meal and take a drive before he would be finished. The other guy, the shorter one, with glasses, always looks like he hates his job. Yesterday he served me a sandwich where the bread was so tough I could not eat it. 9.00 for a sandwich I could not eat. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this needs to be said. We all talk about it among ourselves at the big store it's attached to, but today, This new staff working today and everyday they work are slow, a snails pace, they are disinterested, look lost and have no customer skills, the tables are dirty, the food doesn't even taste good anymore, because you have to wait so long to get it. What happened to the old subway?? and why is the wheat bread so hard you could throw it...

THANK YOU for not making me wait a whole shift for a sandwich. They're making the adequate amount of sales. Enough to be able to afford the losses the slow guy causes this place to have. So if you're needing something from Walmart and a quick bite from Subway definitely come here EARLY otherwise you'll waste on average 15-20min depending how busy maybe more. Friendly and FAST service was the new 2025 resolution for management. The lead kept the place tidy, looking good with fresh food.

2024 LOL At the fact that the reviews have been for over a year and the same employee is still there and is still moving slower than a stampede of turtles hurdling through peanut butter. He probably does this to get people to leave the line maybe? The fact that he wears work boots can only be attributed to pain and not a comfortable working environment.

It took just about the same time everyone else has said just for one sandwich. I wish I could say "Maybe it's to ensure accuracy" but even the bread was messed up although I was very specific from the first sentence I mouthed.

Anyhow, I'm sure he chuckles by now at all of these so here's one more to you bud.

While I reserved I let my son go first and pick his food there was two couples in front of us that place their orders accordingly my son came back to the table and one of the ladies was still standing there the girl asked her what she wanted she said I'm waiting on my food so the poor thing had to order all over again and wait for her food. Those young girls ain't got an idea what they're doing there I need some kind of training a lead or someone! Oh yeah I ordered two 6 inch subs and they weren't much bigger than a hot dog for what we pay for the food we should ought to get a decent size of bread to go with it for the size of sandwich that we got they were way overpriced! Subway's has always been one of my favorite sandwich places when I'm very disappointed in the quantity...
