Krystal — Restaurant in Orlando

This has to be the absolute WORST Krystals on the planet. 1st, I'm the only person there, no one inside or drive-thru. I made my order, 8 Krystals no onion or pickle, ketchup and mustard only and medium fry. Then she tells me $21 and change, I said WHAT!!!! When did Krystals go gourmet? That's outrageous. Turned out, it was $16 and change, she did 11 instead of 8, ( I don't know) lol. The Manger gave me back $5. Remember, only me there now and still. ALL my burgers had onions all over them, had the pickle and ketchup, NO mustard WTF. The fries were not hot whatsoever. As I started cleaning off my burgers a couple people came in waited for ever and 2 left and another couple came in, they finally take the 1st couples order, that other couple left. Then I noticed a gray car go in the drive-thru, heard them order, then pulled around and they had them park, 20 - 30 minutes went by I finished eating, that car was still parked. I was leaving, the girl inside said something to the girls in that car, I went back in to throw something away, I asked, ase yall waiting on an order? She laughed and said yeah, OMG they were there forever. I said good luck and left. I will never go back to this one ever again. They need cooperate to come in and get rid of everyone and hire people who know what they are doing and who care. As far as the prices now, NO WAY, they have lost their minds, they are stupid expensive for their tiny food. You can get full burgers for the same prices almost...

If I could I would give it "0" stars Curry Ford Krystal! Stopped there to get a snack for my son and I. After 15 minutes getting through drive thru and paying. The male employee yelled for her to "park me". I asked her what was the hold up she told me Chicken and fries. I asked her to bag the meals separate and I needed ketchup. Three cars leaving drive through with order and two customers leaving lobby with food, the young girl comes out with my order. I asked if she had my ketchup, she said no, i asked her if she could get me some from drive thru, she respond no I will have to walk all the way around. I said okay, but I need ketchup. I checked the food it was cold! The only think hot were the donuts. She never came back! After waiting another 5 minutes or more I went in and asked to see a manager male employee said, "over ketchup". Which lead me to believe that she didn't bring my ketchup on purpose. I told him I wanted my money back. He yelled to the back in front of customers and all, "It's lady up front with and attitude saying she want her money back?" For 5 to 10 minutes they walked back and forward serving other customers. When i asked him if a manager was coming he responded, "we busy serving customers" Manager finally came gave me my money back and went back to work, no conversation. I love Krystal burgers. There is no Krystal/White Castle debate as far as I'm concerned, Krystal wins. However, I didn't have a good experience at this store today. I was using the drive thru and ordered 4 cheese Krystals. I pulled up to the window to pay. As my food wasn't ready right away, I had the opportunity to observe the lady working the grill handle uncooked hamburger patties and then assemble burgers which were not going to be cooked further without changing gloves. This is a serious food safety violation. I inquired if the patties were pre-cooked. I was told they were not, they were frozen and raw. I pointed out that the cook had just handled raw meat, then handled finished burgers without changing her gloves. I was told that gloves are not required to be changed when handling frozen raw meat, only if the meat is defrosted and bloody. This didn't make any sense to me. Freezing meat doesn't kill pathogens. At this point I'd been handed the bag with my food. I parked my car and went inside the restaurant with my food to obtain a refund. Observing that it was the lunch rush, and the fact that there were only three people working there, I chucked my food in the trash can and left.
