Don't come here at night with a mobile order. Here's why.
They might question you at the first window if you really had a mobile order (McDouble, Large Fries, Caramel Sundae, McChicken, and Large Double Quarter Pounder Meal with a Large Sweet Iced Tea and Large Fries) even though you already told them your code at the speaker. You might be told, “Oh okay, go to the second window," then be told at the second window that you “didn't stop at the first window".
Your girlfriend may be extremely agitated by then, because you've spent now 10 minutes waiting for an order you made 30 minutes prior. At the second window, you may be told to park at the curbside pickup and wait another 10 minutes for the only nice worker to come ask you, “Oh, have your ordered?" (To which both you and your girlfriend may internally scream “YES".) You may wait another 5 minutes for your order to come, WITH the double checked for quality sticker, then for another worker to quickly ask you if you want sauces, run off to get the sauces and hand it to you in a hurry. You may get home, both super hungry and more annoyed at McDonald's than ever before, just to find out that they doubled your order of tea (cool?) and completely forgot one of the fries (terrible.)
You may be inspired to recount your bad experience in a review, in order for that McDonald's to improve their customer service quality and never have someone suffer as...
Read moreOrdered food on uber eats on 6/9/19 and when the food arrived i was missing a chicken nugget meal and the double quarter pounder wiyh only pickles had the top cheese in the box and not on yhe burger. So needless to say i had to go up to the reaturant anyway .When i got therei stood at the kiosk register for 10 minutes getting ignored they were helping people around me that got there after me. So when i finally said something along these lines i cant believe that i am being looked over like i am oblivious to everyone. The manager says you are not getting ignored but that was the case. I told her that i had an uber eats order and when it got to my house what was wrong with my order she took the receipt from me. I told her that when someone pays to have their food delivered they expect all the food to be right and there . Her response to that was i wasnt here. All the mananger did was give me the meal that was missing and when i told her about the cheese on the double quarter pounder she said it must have slid off during transport. I am furious this manager should not be allowed to be a manager if that is the way she is going to talk to customers and if all she os going to do is make excuses for herself and the...
Read moreIf I could give 0 star's I would. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I ordered on the touch screens inside the restaurant and when I went to the register to pay with cash I was told that the fountain drinks wasn't working, I asked if it could be substituted with orange juice since it wasn't my fault that the machine was down. The cashier (Caitlin) laughed and said NO! Personally I didn't think it was funny. I then proceeded with paying for my order with (Caitlin). I asked if I could have a cup of water, something to drink with my breakfast and she frowned up. I said a cup of water? And then she (Caitlin) I believe the water machine is working. I waited for my food for awhile and had gotten up to ask why was it taking so long the manager said it was changed to a to go order, why? She stated she was calling me. How we're you calling me, my name wasn't given. It doesn't make since at all. Especially when I was given a table number of 21. This was my first visit to this location in years. I guess me being a resident of Clermont has really spoiled me with customer service because this location is beyond a terrible experience. I will not be...
