McDonald's, if you're going to hire staff that speaks multiple languages please make sure that English is one of them.

Ordered an iced caramel mocha only to find out ten minutes later that there is no mocha. I say that's fine, just caramel works (now making this an iced caramel coffee). This was apparently very confusing because we had to go back and forth for me to explain that not having mocha is okay and I will simply take the caramel. So confusing, in fact, they had to bring in a girl who could speak English well. She was lovely, clearly trying to make sure I was taken care of.

However the staff did not communicate between themselves and I kept getting asked about the coffee. I said that since they didn't have mocha that just making it an iced caramel coffee would be fine but still this wasn't understood. I eventually said that I already talked to someone, gesturing to the previous girl, and that she was taking care of it. Cue a thumbs up and hope this isn't a insult in another country.

The staff was not necessarily rude but it was obvious that they weren't too concerned and all over the place as orders were coming up faster than others and people were complaining.

The girl who made my coffee asked me to taste it before I left to make sure it was okay and offered to make me something else if I didn't like it. I declined, I had been there for fifteen minutes already, but when I did try it it was great. I went to the counter to order. I don't like the kiosk. I got the #10 w/out onions. I asked what all came on the sandwich. I was given my receipt and a plastic number to place on my table. I sat down after a few minutes I received my food. I didn't see my straw so I went to the drink station, and it was totally empty there wasn't anything there. Like we were still in the middle of a pandemic! I went back to the table. I began to eat my hash brown then got to the sandwich. It looked so dry I looked inside there wasn't any sauce. I took it to the counter, and told the lady. She asked me if I wanted to add it or a new sandwich? I told her to just add it. Low , and behold that was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten at McDonald's!!! It was my fault because I decided to change my routine, and try something different! Stick with what you know! Don't try anything different like they say if it's not broken don't fix it!! Not only was I not enjoying my breakfast. I had the dining room lady mopping the floor around me with a soured smelling mop!!! You know it really is a shame this place is decent from what I can see! The employees need to be more friendly, and use common sense when there's a issue! The bagel was old, and falling apart. The egg, and steak didn't even melt the cheese. Ugh, it was nasty. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Positively horrible service. Nobody smiles unless they are telling jokes to each other while customers stand around and wait. I have been coming here about once a week or so, since I have to walk past it to get to work and it is convenient when I am walking to the bus stop in the afternoon. The food is rarely hot, and they only ever have ONE person making it. The cashiers are rude AND DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR ORDER. As an example, I went yesterday and ordered a #7. The girl asks me of I want to make it a meal. Well, on YOUR menu board the 7 is a meal, so obviously. She asks me what sauce. Just like that, too. "What sauce?" Then she forgets about me once I pay, and I stand there waiting. There are no other customers, except for one elderly woman who asks if there is a senior discount on iced coffee. Of course there isn't, so she is kind of disappointed. When I worked for McDonalds we would have made the damn iced coffee and given it to her, because thats what customer service is all about. This place is often dirty, too, and forget about using the rest room-cleaner to pee behind a bush if you had to!
