I have two stars because it was at least edible and had the appearance it would taste good.
Don’t expect to show up and immediately be served anything. I waited 15mins way way too long in my opinion. I honestly should have asked for a refund. It was my first time. I’m new to the area. This place has no real seating to eat with the exception of two or three tables in the front. I should have gathered that given the name of the restaurant. The chick didn’t really offer any advice in their food at all. It was more or less just there’s the menu. They have at least two people working the front —-buuut why? You walk in and the place is tiny. You should focus more on getting your food out at a better time. I’m the only one in the restaurant.
I ordered the honey chicken——it looks tantalizing but it’s not. It basically tastes like grease, nor is it very sweet. They just deep fried chicken and poor a badly seasoned sauce/ glaze of it. I’m disappointed. I don’t ever expect too much from the generic fried rice anywhere. This fried rice was just white right that had prolly soy sauce on it to change the color. Bland as I’ll get out despite the little flakes of chopped green onion etc. I keep eating the chicken like I just haven’t gotten to the good part yet but nope honey chicken is awful.
You all should really consider monitoring how the kitchen is run. Someone isn’t doing something correctly—-to have the brand you’ll have you aren’t upholding the standards.
It seems as though you have a designated employee check for quality/ pack the meal. They should taste it too. There is no flavor. I paid $13.84 for this…………………..I think I...
Read moreFirst time getting food from a P.F Changs to go and it was great - besides the wait. We ordered online and got to the restaurant 5 min prior to the time given. We walked in and didn't see anyone for about 10 min. When the gentleman came out from the back, he didn't acknowledge anyone in the waiting room. He grabbed something and went back to the kitchen. When he came out again, he attended to the people ahead of us and got them taken care of. Once we made eye contact he greeted me and asked for my name. He was definitely flustered but was doing a great job trying to get people their food asap. He explained to me that there were 2 cooks like called out that night and it was abnormally busy on top of that. He continue to hustle and turn out orders. We eventually got our about 30 min later but it was ok since he wasn't disgruntled about the situation- he just handled it.
Food was good just like the regular restaurant and will definitely be ordering from here again now that we live in the area.
Gave 5 stars even with the long wait because I can tell that it was an anomaly and will adjust this review if I see...
Read moreSame as other reviewers, wish I had read before ordering. Food was dry, tough and not edible. This included the rice, called to make restaurant aware, gentlemen seem unenthusiastic about my call. I returned every last grain of rice, noodle, beef(extra was paid for but not included). All $72 worth of the half of disgusting of dinner was returned. A week later when my refund had not come through I did call and was pleasantly greeted by a young lady that was very pleasant and professional. She was able to correct the error the same guy had made while nastily completing my refund. He did it wrong, she corrected it in seconds. Other than that interaction this store needs to be closed down for inspection. What are they doing back there over dry meat and not cooking rice gross food. 100% Luis or whoever is on that business card in the lobby doesn’t have a clue the trash food they put out can’t charge top dollar for what I make better in my microwave at home from the bag I buy at Publix. Oh did I mention the spring rolls were bad like...
