Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Orlando

So keep in mind that Domino’s is about the same distance to my house as this Papa John’s. But we thought we’d give Papa John’s a chance as we hadn’t done that yet. I actually Mapquested it to ensure accuracy, and as pictured, they are a mile away. My food was lukewarm at best. My pizza’s cheese was congealing as it was cooled to that point and the cheesy bread was worthless due to it being cold - in fact, although inexplicably, colder than the pizza. If they can’t deliver hot items within 1 mile of their store they should be ashamed of themselves. I certainly am not going to order from them again given this simple fact. Maybe you should hang a sign that states, “A pizza and cheese bread should be delivered hot if the customer is within a mile radius.” Otherwise, I would say that management is failing at maintaining quality standards. I order from here at least once a week. The food is consistently great, but their deliveries are on a whole other level of excellence. They need to make Kate a regional manager or something before she opens up her own shop. She clearly loves her job, rocks it, and should be inspiring others to do the same.

The pizza and papadilla that I ordered online were delicious and made exactly the way I ordered them. Everything I got was hot and ready at the time they said it would be. My only issue is with the website. I tried to order each item together in one order and for some reason the price was higher when I went to check out then it was when I selected the items. So I had to break the order into 2 orders so I can figure out where the added cost was. I figured out that when I selected the stuffed crust it was adding cost to the pizza without notifying when I was selecting toppings. The website made things harder and it took a lot longer to...
