Upon entering I greet the Starbucks cashier with a smile and a how are you. I was met back with a blank and unpleasant face and a āgoodā. So I proceed still trying to be nice. I tell him Iām going to use my stars for the first time ever. I apparently showed him the wrong bar code and he says āI canāt scan thatā with such a rude tone. I said āokay where do I go, itās my first time using this.ā He said āscan only at the topā. Okay, so basically the same thing Iāve been using to collect starts. Now he might be thinking sheās so stupid. But listen, itās early! I know Iāve been using the app to collect stars but I didnāt realize I would need to go to the same bar code to redeem the stars. Itās early morning and I had a rough nights sleep. My brain isnt exactly too sharp at this time of day. Hence my need for coffee. It would have been so much better if he kindly explained. But no, he was nasty about it. Maybe this is his personality, I donāt know but I wouldnāt keep him on front counter. He alone makes me not want to return to this specific Starbucks. And you know what?! This still isnāt the first time. Iāve had him take my order several times and today when I saw him I hesitated. I kept giving the situation the benefit of the doubt. He continues to be rude. I understand people go through stuff, I have stuff. But I still manage to be kind and smile. Being a sourpuss doesnāt help anybody. Anyway, Iām not trying to get him in trouble, Alex just needs coaching, maybe a new position that better suits him and the company, or maybe...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I were waiting in line to place our order and we witnessed an attendant being extremely rude to a customer who was having trouble pronouncing his order correctly because he was a tourist. After the customer left, we were the next to be served by the same waiter. We asked politely for our order and he also seemed rude. After taking our order we heard him pronouncing our accent with his colleague and laughing. I went back to the waiters and told them that we were disappointed and that this was not the way to treat a customer. He simply said thank you and come back in a mocking tone, clearly demonstrating that it was a case of xenophobia because we were from another country. I'm not sure of your name, but if I'm not mistaken your name is Alexandria. I would ask the Starbucks management to resolve this issue because we live in the area and always pass by, and if we see another situation like this we will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI enjoyed my experience at this Starbucks. Never had a bad experience yet but I've also never had a better one! Barbara is such an angel.. she was taking orders and the little girl infant didn't have quite enough money for her order (not sure where the parents were) but that's not the point. The point is, I was going to cover for the little girl but the cashier was going to cover with some cash she had out of the kindness of her heart for the little girl. Made my day just to see someone care so much for customers . When she took our order, she answered some questions we had and was all around a sweetheart. The staff that made the coffee made it to perfection š This is the closest Starbucks to me and I'm just happy to always have a great experience, Thank you Barbara...
