I visited this Target during a vacation to Universal Orlando, because I Doordashed some provisions to my hotel, and then discovered the shoes I bought didn't fit.
I gathered the tags I had cut off, put the shoes back in the box, and Ubered over to this Target. When I tell you everything went wrong... Lol. I contacted Doordash to get a return barcode, and they gave it to me without issue. I presented the shoes and the return barcode, everything was fine. Then I realized the tag and/or return barcode were for an umbrella, not my shoes. That was also when I realized I did not pay for this with my MasterCard, but it went back to a MasterCard. I obviously couldn't explain either of those things, so I panicked because now I have no shoes and no refund.
This is where Judy comes in. She was the absolute BEST, most patient, most helpful person. She voided the refund, so that we essentially could start from scratch, then she helped me with every step of the second refund request with Doordash. This wasn't even Target's problem, it was a Doordash issue, I just needed to give Target their shoes back! Nevertheless, Judy helped me deal with Doordash, and explained that the random MasterCard must've been the Dasher's MasterCard, so I made sure their customer service didn't give me another return barcode that would refund the Dasher's MasterCard.
I did get a refund from Doordash, thanks to Judy walking me through it, but I would've never known that it could've possibly been refunded to the Dasher without her; I have a MasterCard, so it seemed reasonable until I realized I paid with Amex. All of this to say: Judy took her time to be patient and help me, when it wasn't even Target's problem, and thanks to her I got my refund, and I'm still thinking about it...
   Read moreThis was the worst starbuck cup of coffee I have ever had. I had very low expections when I saw what the Barista was using those cups in the photo for. In the cups were different flavors syrup. The employee, when questioned about what the cups, told me that it was easier for her this way. She complained about having to wait until close to wash the pump dispensers. After steaming the milk for my mocha, she put the espresso in and proceeded dump some syrup into my cup. I did not take a drink right away because I had mint in my mouth, but when I did, I had to spit it out of the window. The Barista had made the beverage so sweet it was undrinkable. I ended up just throwing it away because by the time of first drink I was already on the highway. I enjoy two Venti white mochas, morning and night, every day, and have held a 2 a day (4 counting my wife's habit) on the daily for years. My local Starbuck's gets in wrong once in a while, but 99.9% of the time it is liquid perfection...I will miss my hometown Starbucks Baristas because that night I gave my wife the green light to purchase our own espresso bar. It should be arriving today or tomorrow. I won't say this North Carolina Barista is solely responsible for Starbucks losing one of their best, and consistent patrons since the Winter Haven, FL store opened, but she certainly made it happen sooner...

the first stall in the womenâs restroom didnât have any toilet paper, which i didnât realize until after iâd used the toilet, but i saw a pair of shoes in the one next to me so i said âexcuse meâ and she said âyesâ so i figured she heard me and asked if she could give me some. she said yes but then i heard the sound of someone talking over the radio, realized she was an employee and wondered if i misunderstood and she was talking to someone else, but i gave her a few minutes anyway. i asked again and she snapped at me saying she was working on it, so i waited some more. the employee left the stall and i could hear her replacing the paper in the other stalls, but she still didnât give me any. i saw two different pairs of shoes come in and out of the stall next to me but i was too afraid of inconveniencing anyone else so i just waited in silence. someone was waiting for me so i ended up just using my hand- it was only urine but i was still really upset. as i was leaving i saw two employees chatting with each other and one of them had shoes that matched what iâd seen in the stall next to mine. it didnât seem like she had any intention of ever helping me. i donât understand what i did wrong to...
