Oh wow inside the place you look and feel you’re at high end restaurants very nice decor, but I’m afraid that’s where it ends!
The waitress who didn’t even mentioned her name I didn’t feel no welcoming she only told me me that I ordered a lot of food pho and combination she only came gave me my drink and went on , tho she did asked me and came up and said how was my food
Now the food I had high hopes by the ambiance of the restaurant and how clean it looked and yet looks can be deceiving, let’s start with pho!
Broth is clear thou this is a sweet herby soup not Nothern style Viet pho which is totally not my style of pho I want it saviorey salty and beefy , came with 1 jalapeño some bean sprouts and Thai bazel i lol when I only seen one cut piece of jalapeño anyway, Once it came the rice noddles were over cooked and melt in you’re mouth, I hated it it was nothing good that I can say about the pho the meat quality was good but only one choice no brisket, no flank, no meatballs , no tripe what in the world is this?
Beef combination was mediocre chicken and beef was way to sweet on the marinade and you only got 2 shrimps and no fried egg for that price I expect an egg please !!
Hot chili oil , there’s more flavor in ketchup then there hot oil , full of lemongrass flavor that’s all you get!

Read moreRice vermicelli with grilled pork and spring[egg] roll. B2. You'd possibly eat here in a pinch if you were craving Vietnamese and couldn't drive to a better place. But only then.
The pork was more steamed than grilled with way to much jiggling fat. (You may be old school too if, when the menu says grilled, that's what you're expecting.) The pieces were way too large to be eaten in one bite. Isn't that one of the beauties of great Asian food, that it can be eaten gracefully with chopsticks without hacking away at chunks of meat..., in a bowl..., with no knife? Good luck breaking it down, as it was also tough. The spring[egg] rolls were left whole instead of cut into bite sized pieces like, say,....every other Vietnamese restaurant, ever. If this was your first introduction to this food, you woud have been sadly mislead. The place was clean and the food came out reasonably fast, but such a shame that it missed the mark. Easy to fix, ya just have to care enough.
Advice: until this place gets it's act together, drive up to the Mills/50 area where you can just about throw a rock in any direction and hit a great Vietnamese restaurant.

Read moreI had a really bad experience at the Pho 813 restaurant. The waiters were so unprofessional. They got our orders wrong multiple times. We were waiting for 20 minutes. The waitress was too busy talking to customers and didn't greet us. When they did give us a menu, they gave us the wrong items. We had ordered 3 beef deluxe phos, and 1 beef stew with egg noodles. (1) The waitress gave us chicken noodles. We told her we didn't order chicken noodles. (2) They then gave us beef noodles without the deluxe version. The waiter realized his mistake. Then they gave us a tray with the beef tendons, and beef briskets. Then both waiters apologized. (3) Then they got the order with egg noodles wrong by giving us pho. They went and recooked it with egg noodles. They got our order wrong 3 times. The prices weren't the lowest. There's a cheaper restaurant that has pho for $8.99 and they never get our orders wrong. The Wifi connection in the restaurant was really bad and lagged too. It felt like going on a wild goose chase in a restaurant. The waiters were scrambling to get our orders but kept giving us the...
