So back in December of 2024, I went to Infiniti at Millennia with the confidence of getting a good reliable car with a little bit of luxury.
I purchased a used 2018 Q50. It was sold as is and had been “checked and certified by their specialists”.
After a week of having the car, I needed to replace the tires as i didn’t realize all 4 tires had plugs in them (shady #1). Also the brakes seemed worn. Hard to determine when you only test drive a car for a few minutes.
I went to management and of course their answer was “car was sold as is”. Luxury brand mine you. I bit the bullet and payed for new set of tires and brakes but that was only the beginning of my problems. About a month and half later, I noticed I was losing coolant and took it back to the dealership.
I knew there was an issue so I had them look at it and found out that the engine needed to be replaced I thought well I have warranty (3 year 36,000) and I just purchased the car surely there is something they can do to fix this.
They began to play games. The manager, Mark Debolish, said we will get with the warranty company, should be fine. We have our people on it. There is Ken right there. Everything you want to hear. I left feeling confident my warranty would cover the engine issue. I followed up every few days and it would be weeks of getting the run around. I even asked my girlfriend’s dad to come to the dealership to see the delay was. Same thing - procrastination and nonsense from Mark and his people. His famous quote “we wanna do the right thing; we care about our customers”.
Here is shady issue #2 - they told me that there is nothing they nor the warranty company AUL can do about it since they found sludge in the engine. I brought this car in as soon as i noticed the leak. They said they don’t cover sludge. (This apparently is a common issue with q50).
Their solution : they wanted 15,000 to fix the car. I just financed 15,000 for it. Are they serious? I am a 25 year old, renting an apt , working two jobs and they want me to essentially pay double for the car. This luxury brand showed their true colors.
Then in another random shady act, they offered $5000 of “good faith money “ which simply didn’t happen as I got more a run around. Mark said I could use it anyway I want. Weeks of lies , and deceit and fake smiles and a manager who clearly got tired of dealing with me. I understand that when you buy used, it is a risk. I barely had this car a month when the engine was troubling. I don’t appreciate the time I wasted and the phone calls and the runaround.
Early on in the process, they had a car for a possible exchange. Before the car got worse. This car was absolutely dirty, had a bad car fax , needed work done and they expected me to sign a deal?
Mark, I am disappointed in you and infinity. You clearly care about money over customers. You lied about the $5000 good faith money (got proof of your writing and heard you say we write you a check).
I had to go elsewhere and get an after market engine so I can go to work. The car is hanging in. I am disappointed in the lack of truth and lies in infinity.
This is just my honest experience and review. Mark if you are reading this, treat your customers with more honesty and help. I am now on the hook for a car that has costed me thousands in repairs...
Read moreOrlando INFINITI operates with a disturbing lack of integrity and transparency.
I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership based on explicit verbal assurances from the salesperson, Goksel, that a 3-day or 300-mile return policy applied. I was also told that all signed documents would be included in the folder I received upon delivery. That was false.
Upon reviewing the folder at home, I discovered that critical documentation was missing, including the alleged return policy and the “As-Is” paperwork I distinctly recall signing. This raises serious concerns about their document handling and whether they are intentionally withholding contractual materials to avoid liability.
Approximately three hours after taking possession of the vehicle, I reported a mechanical noise. I was promised a manager would contact me that never happened. When I followed up, I was told to use the manufacturer’s warranty and denied any assistance, including a basic request to pick the vehicle up for inspection. Goksel, the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, has not responded to the text informing him of the car issues since the sale. What this dealership is doing is simple: they say what they need to say to close a deal, avoid putting anything in writing, and disappear when issues arise. The absence of documentation and failure to respond post-sale are not just unprofessional they are potentially actionable under Florida consumer protection laws.
Consumers deserve better than this. Orlando INFINITI demonstrates a pattern of evasiveness, misrepresentation, and outright disregard for customer rights. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution and document every step — or better yet, take your business elsewhere.
Update on my previous review
I want to personally thank Chad for stepping up and handling the issues I had with my Jeep. He called me directly, apologized for how things were handled before, picked up my vehicle, and made sure it was looked at and fixed. Chad showed real professionalism and accountability — something that was missing from others I dealt with. I truly appreciate his effort in making...
Read moreI brought my 2019 Infiniti QX60 into the service center due to the unexpected failure of my alternator and a slight oil leak coming from somewhere. I spoke with a representative over the phone and she told me that this should be covered under my 6yr/70k mile powertrain warranty. Unfortunately, after speaking with DJ the service advisor it was not covered as it is a wearable item. The alternator was covered in oil which is what caused the failure in the first place from a previous mishap in service from TAKE-5 (do not recommend for any vehicle). So I received an estimate of $1980 to replace the alternator. Here are just a few other items they wanted to charge me for, to clean and reinsert my dipstick $200, rear brake pads and resurface rotors $390, lower front control arms $1717.00, new battery $404 (mine was in the back just needed a charge which i told them about when i dropped it off...it did not happen) brake fluid exchange $200, in-cabin filter $140 which all came out to around $5500 +tax. Huge sticker shock for me so I declined everything and ended up paying only their $200 service fee for just looking it over. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean but walking through their repair center to get to my vehicle in the back they were playing some extremely questionable rap music (lot of swearing and "N" words) Normally you don't have customers back there and I understand that technicians all agree on music to help them work efficiently i was just taken back a little by it. I get dealerships are going to be very expensive compared to most other repair shops but I was given the impression the warranty would have covered what I was inquiring about or I would have not wasted $200 bringing it up to them. I ended up installing the alternator myself for just over $400. I would like to add a disclaimer, if you are not mechanical inclined DO NOT attempt it as it is an extremely difficult and frustrating job. I gave it 2 stars for the friendly staff that I had the pleasure of speaking with, I'm sure they do great service but I cant speak on their behalf about that. Maybe in the future I'll have a better experience and will update my...
