Marshalls — Local services in Orlando

Personally I'm not a big fan of businesses like this but I was in need of a specific item and was advised that this was one of the places that might have it. I always feel like everything is a bit of a mess and haphazardly placed. We went towards the section that we thought would be most likely to have what I needed and I hunted around through there and one other section and found some items but nothing that would actually work for my needs. My companion did find a couple of items that they were interested in but they were out of their packaging. We found a similar one in a package and went up to ask at the register if there was any way they could make the purchase and the women working there seemed very confused on what to do. The one that was taken care of us asked another who said yeah just go ahead and do it. Being is that we were getting two of the item that were unpackaged and we had one packaged she tried to give us all three of them and I had to explain to her once again that we were only interested in the two that weren't in the packaging so she scanned the package and gave us the two that were not in it. By the time we were done we ended up with the two unpackaged ones for the price of one that was in a package. We weren't going to go back and try and talk to them because we would have just been wasting our time.

The store epitomized the exact reason why I don't shop in...

I love this store to death and I go there every week! Because you can find anything you want for such a great price! You can't beat marshals I think I have been coming here for about four years! Today I had a really bad experience, I went to the fitting room to try some clothes out and the lady was not there to count how many clothes I have, so after waiting I decided to go in! When I was leaving she asked me where my number is which I told her I don't have one , she responded like my mom would teach me life when I was 4 years old , saying :" next time you have to wait for me or scream hello, hello to find me" Miss first of all you work there and I am just shopping I don't have to do anything, I came to shop and have fun not to follow rules and look for you so you can teach me life! I replied to her that I couldn't find her and I don't have time to look for people which I just simply want to try on clothes! She said that she was cleaning back there, which is good for her but I don't really care what the employee is doing there! So long story short everybody is super nice and polite in this store I will be coming every week and never giving up on this store and I don't want to interrogate with this...

First and foremost, this store is completely unprofessional. The managers are absolutely rude and horrible to their employees. My son used to work there and I honestly think this establishment should be investigated. Most of the employees here is also rude. The work environment is very toxic and literally the worst. They make their employees lie and deceive customers for them to get TJX CREDIT CARDS. Don’t open up a credit card guys.( This is how the managers get their bonuses and get to go on their TRIPS The APR on that card is not worth it. If you do decide to get the card please review the application and think thoroughly about your decision. I will say the store has a good selection of clothing other than that it isn’t a good store.

If the store managers read this please stop being so cold and horrible to your staff. Stop lying to people because at the end you will lose the good employees. I really hope the managers find happiness and peace and that goes for Ms. Phillips, Ms. Holly and Etc. You are a reflection of the company please give everyone respect...
