Wendy's — Restaurant in Orlando

I have been to almost all of the Wendy's locations in central Florida since the mid 1990's and this one seems to get it right while quite a few have been slipping on quality on various aspects. This site is clean, fresh and at 12:30 on a weekday it was not too busy. I ordered my food, went to get my napkins and condiments which were recently resupplied (go figure, most places they are empty at lunchtime).Before I was finished the counter attendant called my name and gave my cup to me. Before I had my cup filled, he called me again and my food was ready. Incidently, ALL Athe drink options were available and the ice MA Hine worked fine (so unlike the Tuskawilla & Aloma location) I was pleasantly surprised when there on my tray were the 5 ketchup packets and barbeque sauce I requested while using the kiosk. Most fast food places ignore the add-ons from the kiosk. I was in a better mood when leaving this Wendy's because of the all around better quality as compared to other locations that are Leaving much to be desired on various levels. Years ago I starting favoring Wendy's because they were the last fast food place to have a fixing bar and tables each having squeeze bottles for ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper shakers. Now everywhere you have to deal with begging for a few tiny and sticky packets of ketchup, and wonder why you get a blank stare when asking...

So I just spent $30 bucks and this is how my order looked when I got home. I ordered a double burger meal I got a single. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and got one with everything. Got 2 orders of nuggets, they were cold. I asked for plenty of ketchup and bbq sauce not only at the intercom, but also at the window. I got only 2 bbq sauces and not even on packet of ketchup. I was super nice and patient with the staff in asking them to please make sure my order was right to no avail. I paid money for this order. It’s my order with what I want, it’s not up to the staff to give what they feel like it. To make it worst I called 4 times and not one answered the phone. I looked in my bag and also the lady did not put the receipt inside. Hopefully the manager can pull it up with my credit card tomorrow when I pay him a visit. Very disappointed.

Update: I talked to the manager. She was super courteous and understanding. She almost knew what I was about to talk to her about. She told me they are in the process of fixing some issue. That’s what I’m taking about. She handled the situation very well and more important she is working to fix some issue. Which is what I want because I love that location. I've never had a problem with Wendy's except for this one. I went to go inside the Wendy's and it was closed there was a line of angry customers. We decided to go to the drive thru. I used to work at a Wendy's so I understood the frustration. Unfortunately when I ordered my food, I was polite to them and I ordered but the politeness was not reciprocated. I paid for the food, was not given a receipt. I ordered a large Coke at the drive thru that I never got. When I paid I asked again, and was not given one. They pulled us up to the line. They brought out our food, I asked for my large Coke and the receipt. The next person who brought it out had bright orange hair and was rude, I said have a great day and she gave me a sarcastic smile and rolled her eyes. It said the cashier's name was Nawal. She completely ignored that I asked for ketchup. She half filled up my drinks. And she was more focused on getting me out of the premises than getting my order right. I will not be returning to this Wendy's. I was very disappointed. I've never been to any fast food restaurant and been disrespected this badly. The food was also very cold...
