Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orleans

I visit this Dunkin regularly since it's on the way for my commute. Food regularly takes a while and often orders are made out of order. Almost every time I come in, there is a big group of people waiting and frustrated because of the confusing wait. I usually get the same drink and 1/3 times it will taste completely wrong. I will do a mobile order and still be waiting on a breakfast sandwich when I get there, regularly for 10+ minutes on top of whenever I put my order in. I have watched my drink get left on the counter for 10+ minutes while food gets prepared in confusing batches that don't line up with the drinks getting prepared. Someone will have their drink get made after mine and then get their sandwich first. It is really frustrating to watch this while waiting on my order and also counting down the minutes until I need to be in the car to continue to my job. I'm not sure if this is a management issue or what but today I finally had to leave my food item behind because I couldn't wait longer for it. I understand long lines and lots of mobile orders is difficult on employees, but this messy service is regular for this location. I especially have little sympathy as one time I saw a barista with a lot of drinks to prepare pull out her phone and start texting. I asked to older lady if they had the coffee deal when the Patriots win. She pointed to a sign in window and said its in window. Then she asked NOT nicely, "Where's your card?" I said what card? She scathed, your rewards card! I said i don't have one. She barked that will be $2.12 I said ok then thats it? I cannot sign up for one on my phone now? (no customers were behind me). This place is disgusting ! They don't even listen to you when you're placing your order and then they'll say oh I thought you asked something else it's really sickening how they don't wear gloves and touch all the food and the lids of the coffee and people come in and touch your coffee lid to see if it's theirs when who knows what they were touching beforehand its GROSS !
