Starbucks — Restaurant in Orleans

I just wasted $3 and change and five minutes of my life waiting for an iced Americano that I ended up leaving on the counter at the Orleans Starbucks at Stop and Shop. Granted, I wasn't in the best mood to begin with, but when the guy making my coffee finally finished the order, I asked him not to put a lid on it. He ignored my request and told me that he had to. ??? Last time I checked, I was the paying customer. The coffee wasn't even hot, not that I am a sue happy idiot who can't hold a drink without spilling it everywhere. This experience reminded me why I tend to avoid these chains who treat their customers and employees like cattle. I headed to the Sparrow, where I should have gone in the first place and got a HOT Americano, and guess what -- no lid!! the man and women behind the counter were blatantly making fun of my order because I wanted extra sweet cream in my coffee. I was excited to give Starbucks a try but I left absolutely embarrassed. coffee turned out fine but I couldn’t believe what I was hearing… I never leave reviews about places but I can’t shake how unprofessional and quite frankly rude these employees were. I don't really like there coffee. I'd rather $1.06 coffee from Cumberland farms any day. With that said lots of my friends and family love their coffee and talk very highly about it that's why I gave a 4 star's.
