Disgusted with everything here, tried to give them a chance and they failed, just had knee replacement and went in with my husband to eat, our food took 40 minutes to reach are table, after my husband with up to the counter 3x to check on our order, the first time they told him they accidentally gave our order away, 2nd time they made it wrong and the third time it was made wrong again, when they brought it to the table finally everything was made wrong still and the other items were cold, we ate what we could, then I took my walker because I just had surgery and am disabled to the bathroom , I had to film what was waiting for me in the handicapped bathroom, a disgusting mess, I then proceeded to leave because the handicapped bathroom was flooded and my walker wouldn't fit into the regular stall, I was very frustrated and left very upset, the following day i called and talked to the manager Jessica, she told me to.come back in and she would replace the order, 2 days later we go back in, jessica was rude and she said the owner told her only to replace half our order, she had the nerve to ask why i needed the whole order replaced after she knew by our previous phone call everything was made wrong and cold because we waited 40 minutes for our food, i demanded she honor our phone call, she did reluctantly, do not go here, do not eat here, I reported them to the Americans with disabilities and to the better business bureau and I called corporate and got the owners name for this McDonald's , the owner will be...
Read moreJust about every time I go, my food is wrong, and after waiting for fresh food, it's still the same disgusting food that only picked off items or fries double dipped and soggy. The only way to get fresh food is when certain managers are working. I returned my food 3 times the other day for a mcdouble no pickle extra onions and a cheese burger only Ketchup. They even wrote it down and took my receipt. Food cost way too much to get gross wrong old food. The fries were brown and soggy after sending them back twice. All of a sudden, they were fresh. I was waiting for fresh food. Why give me old stuff? I would have gladly waited. I worked for McDonald's for almost 10 years, and this McDonald's has gone way downhill. Probably why they have such a turnover of people. Sad I could drive to the interchange McDonald's owned by the same person and have better food consistently just an inconvenience either way.

Went through the drive thru ordered 2 happy meals, one hamburger plain, and the other cheeseburger only Ketchup and mcdouble no pickles extra onion. Got to the pick up window both my diet cokes were warm and flat the girl said because there was no ice I asked if there was a problem with the o2 and she said no the reason it's flat was because of the no ice so they added sprite to my diet coke and fished the ice out gross! Read moreI ordered through the app - it's a great app and lots of perks...I highly recommend it. The problem was, the app chose "drive-up" for me - I usually eat inside because I'm on the road all day with work, so I appreciate the time out of my car... So, I picked up my order and ate in the parking lot....fries first so they'd be hot & fresh, right? Well, the combo only came with a medium drink and the fries took care of the medium drink in a couple swallows... I took my receipt so they could see I'd ordered less than 5 minutes earlier - they always say "refills on same visit only", right? I get it - wouldn't expect a refill if I'd ordered a couple hours earlier, but this was literally 4-5 minutes from the time I ordered. The girl behind the counter REFUSED adamantly that I could not get a refill unless I was dine-in. I tried to show her receipt and say "it was just 4 minutes ago that I ordered!" but...she wouldn't even let me say the whole sentence....just said "No refills unless you dine inside-restaurant policy." A better approach - taking care of the customer...would be to say "ok, just this time since you HAVE THE RECEIPT, but our policy is..." The girl at the counter could be a prison guard, really guarding the soda refills - what's it cost McDonald's anyway - like 13 cents...
