6/7/25 Seriously, I notice that the decline in customer service and quality of food has gone down. But my experience from here today was ridiculous. I'm not going to give the new hire any slack because she is new and all, but with Elsie training her, then she isn't going to fail.I ordered a buffalo ranch fry (extra crispy = well done), 3 piece buffalo style chicken tender meal and an extra drink. Which is around $18. No biggie. I ordered this at 4:53pm and yes I remembered the time because I needed to time how long it took to make it. Around 5:03pm is when Elsie looked over the glass counter to see I was still sitting in the waiting room. I had my 2 drinks on the table and no food. She literally asks me if I received my order, if I did then I wouldn't be sitting there with my hand on my face looking at you and your co-workers talking and basically goofing off. Mind you I was the only customer in the lobby at this time. I watch her go over to the 2 to 3 guys talking in driver-thru and ask where my order was and they literally had to find the receipt on their end to realize I didn't receive it. Another several minutes passed before one of them comes out and gives me my order. No apology or 'sorry for the wait'. When I get into my vehicle not only is the fries under-cook, but the chicken tenders had the sauce dried out on it, like it had been sitting out for an hour. I couldn't even eat the chicken because it was old. You had me wait 17 minutes for food that was the exact opposite of what it was suppose to be. And I saw the manager pop his head from behind the cooking station twice and didn't say anything. So I am calling out the cooks in the back Michael and Amanda. And you, Andrew the manager. And Elsie, this service and food was appalling and people deserve better than what I experienced. And yes, I heard your co-workers call out your names, so I know who was who. Do better if you...
Read moreWent to this location around 6:30pm. There was one other family that had already ordered and 1 car in the drive thru. Took forever for someone to take our order because they were prioritizing drive thru, but there were at least 4 people working.
They finally took our order (two half sandwiches and two fries) and we waited 20 minutes - watching 6 more cars pull up and leave. The family that was in before us had also been waiting a long time and were upset by the wait as well, and their order was messed up.
Finally get our food and we found PLASTIC in one of the sandwiches. Took the plastic up to the front and they apologized and said it was probably one of those plastic bread ties. Thankfully got a refund on the sandwich but really disappointing experience.
We've been to this location a lot over the years but the service and quality has gone down with the price going up. Probably be the last time we go back (besides for fries and eegees - aka the only things that don't take forever/aren't messed up...
Read moreI order lunches through Eegee's for the office often due the sandwiches and eegee's themselves and certainly not the staff at the Oracle and Magee location. The phone staff are rude and will cut you off before you complete a sentence. I am told to call when I am about to leave to pick up the order and then am told, quite rudely, that there is an order before me and I may be waiting though I placed the order yesterday and again, I was told to call when I was on my way to pick up the substantial order. The rude staff and slow service is a recurrent theme at Oracle and Magee. With an ongoing issue such as this, one would think management would try and find staff that care about being kind to the public who pays their salary. Regardless if you clean for a living, are a doctor, a lawyer, a daycare worker - there is no reason not provide a quality and care of service you provide and we all serve roles and purposes in society and the goal is to do it in the best...
