Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Oroville

Tonight was very appalling. Not only was my pizza delivered 1 hour after it was supposed to be delivered there was a huge issue. I was not home because i was under the impression my pizza would be delivered at 8pm. I had plans to go see a movie for my birthday at 830. I called at 8 to understand why my invoice said pizza will be delivered at 11pm. When i ordered at 7pm. Was told it will take another hour. I explained to them i will not be home. My husband and my kids will. Not an issue. Delivery driver calls me in the middle of my movie. Couldnt find my house. I explained to her she was on the wrong side. No problem. The problem started at my door when my husband went to sign for the pizza. We have a joint account. He can sign anytime anywhere else. But the delivery driver would not let him sign and took off with the pizza. My husband calls me to tell me this. He calls the restaurant to get a better understanding. I call as well to inform them about the jount account and how it works. Im put on hold because the manager is speaking with a customer. Who happened to be my husband. After she was off the phone with my husband i got a little insight of what is said behind our backs at this restaurant. She totally degraded my husband calling him horrible names and worst of all calling him retarded. Absolutely horrified at what i was hearing i tried to get their attention. The manager asked for the number that called in and as soon as she heard my number she said oh f thats the wife. And hopped on the phone and acted as if i hadnt heard what was being said. I instantly tell her that it was totally wrong of her to sit there and say these horrible things. I will be calling corporate to inform them of how their employees talk about their customers. I will never order from here nor give my buisness to a company that degrades their customers in the manner...

I waited until I wasn't angry to write this review. I didn't want to seem unfair. We ordered on Friday 12/16/22 at 5:15 PM and were told it would be 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery. Since it was early in the night we agreed. After all was said and done it was a $66 dollar order. At 7:20 PM I called to see where our order was. I was informed our driver was on the way. No big deal, its a little late. I called back 15 minutes later and was told after being put on hold for 10 minutes that he had delivered it. Our building is clearly marked along with the number on our door. How this happened, I can't fathom it. As of today,12/22/22 our card has still not been refunded. I will be contacting them to make sure this is taken care of. It's really disappointing that we can't get good service anymore.

Addendum 1/10/23: We have tried unsuccessfully to get our money refunded. This is completely unacceptable. What is the reason to replying to my review if you're not going to take action. I don't want to be the angry customer coming in to your establishment, but it seems to be the next course of action. I would like to speak to someone before this becomes a bigger issue then just...

Round table is round table, my experience at this store has been good in the past, nothing to report other than it tastes just like round table pizza you get anywhere 👍🏼 they get 1 star for that.. however, as far as some of the employees, it's questionable.. i ordered and was told 20 mins, great, i got there in 10, they said 10 mins and it will be ready, i said great.. i sat down, 15 mins go by, then 20 mins, then 30 mins, i noticd the orders coming up are just after mine, so i asked if mine is ready (i thought, theres no way it is in the holding oven) she checks in the holding oven, its in there, i sat for 35 mins and no one was able to give me my order when it was actually ready, quite possibly the last time i order from that place unfortunately.. because i am a...
