I HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS !! I have been a long time customer from your first location. And even back then customer service was so so, the food is normally very good however the service is ruining the food at this point. I always have ordered large to go orders for our whole family but no one wants to pick it up anymore because the owner and her staff/kids are all rude and have zero care about customer service. They offer curbside but never will do it ! So don't offer it !! Im really just sorry to say that your rude abrasive abrupt attitude has made me and my whole family just not want to order from you anymore. We have dinned in and carried out a few times here and very much enjoyed the meals we had, but after today never again. My girlfriend called in an order for me to pick up. I arrived approximately 40 minutes after the order was made to pick it up. The lady behind the counter told me in a very rude voice that it was going to be over an hour to have it ready. I understood because they had a couple tables sit down before our order, and she had to point that out to me so I felt like more of a hassle to her. So I came back 20 minutes later to settle up and pick up the order. While standing at the counter waiting a young girl asked for some ranch dressing and the same lady behind the counter proceeded to scold her and said we already gave you guys 3 ranch cups!!!
