The place was clean. However, there were only 10 varieties of donuts available and only 1 of their top ten rated donuts available. I get they can't have everything all the time, but if you are not even making 2-3 of your highest rated donuts available most of the time what is the point of having "donuts" as your namesake???
The first woman who was serving me was very nice she got an A for customer service. The second woman grabbed the wrong donut and when I told her they were the wrong ones that the ones I asked for were in the tray next to those she rolled her eyes at me and didn't say a word to me the entire time. I've worked for years in restaurants as a server and a bartender. I've worked in retail and customer service. I know people can be trying as hell some times. But you don't take bad experiences out on customers especially those who have been nice to you thus far. This absolutely trashes the reputation of the business and will sour customers from ever wanting to return.

Read moreOrdered ice cream yesterday, and the person was having a difficult time scooping and working the register. Dropped a medium ice cream container into one of the ice creams. I figured maybe it was their first day and stopped by today after work to see if service was better . Different person served cream today but also had a difficult time scooping ice cream. Pulled the container out to scoop and in the process scrapped the freezer sides a lot along with dropping the bottom of the container into the ice cream behind the daiquiri ice-cream. Once she put the container back I saw how much freezer ice was in the bucket and noticed that the icecream that was dropped into yesterday still had remnets of the container that fell into it yesterday.
