Neither Dunkin OR Baksin Robbin’s will ever get my business again, in any state! We ordered $55 dollars worth of Ice Cream and a Polar Pizza for my child’s celebration, which was ruined because we didn’t receive the polar pizza, we didn’t have enough desert to serve. I spoke to the Regional Supervisor Matthew Besant immediately after receiving only half of my order and a receipt that he confirmed over the phone he marked which reads “Out of Polar Pizza” and “Out of Nuts” which I still have. He proceeds to give me a fake number and tells me to contact him if I cannot reach a resolve it through the apps l I’ve been texting a random number who he led me to believe was his own to no avail. I was not able to recieve a credit from Uber Eats for my missing goods, the system couldn’t understand his handwriting and I have proof of that as well. That wasn’t professional at all and it’s baffling to me that this is the Regional Supervisor, how? Read moreI've always enjoyed DD but what I discovered floored me at this particular location. Well, now I know why there seems to be long lines at the drive-thru; the crew inside is disorganized. I came inside to order a small pumpkin latte and waited patiently.
As I waited, I noted the apparent lack of organizing tasks and something else; the display case was filthy, the racks were laced with donut bits and crumbs. Additionally, the dispenser for the beverages especially the milk products was uncleaned. There was milk all over the work counter that had to be a petri dish of an array of bacteria.
I counted six young people working and I'm convinced the best they knew how. Unfortunately, the issue is management. What I witnessed is a lack of concern about standards and is evidence that there has to be training to uphold standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Read moreVery disrespectful. Went to pick up my order they got it completely wrong. Told this male employee, he said that it is my order showed him my online order receipted he still says I'm wrong. Told him grab a manager showed her and she told me there's nothing we can do since this is what came through our end. I said your staring at at my online receipted and order I paid for. Also told her your employees shouldn't wear there hats backwards Its disrespectful and makes the company look sloppy and ghetto. Then I said I'd rather j have a refund. Then was trying to talk and this manager she kept over talking me and yelled I said have a good day. I was like no need to get disrespectful then yells what you gonna do nothing hahaha. How I will never stop at the Dunkin Donuts again nor will I recommend it. Wish I could give -10. Dude with backwards hat made it place look like hood...
