You ordered Kung Pao chicken and we made It for you , then you call back and told me that Kung Pao Chicken you had before never had peanuts on it , and always has broccoli in it, I told you kungpao Chicken supported has peanuts on it ! then you yell at me you said you'll come back and you want us to remake the Kung Pao Chicken for you, I said I will wait for you to come back and I will do whatever you told me to do! Before I finish speaking, you just hung up the phone!! Actually what I want to say is that we will do it the way you want because obviously the Kung Pao Chicken you want is different from ours,What we want is to make the food you like!! When I put your number in the system,I found all your previous orders ! What I can see is that ,you has ordered the Boneless Spareribs combo,you had ordered Orange Chicken combo,Chicken with Snow Peas,Chicken with Mix Vegetables, Chicken with Garlic sauce, and you have never ordered Kung pao chicken before ! I've come here before & have had food from here many times & was happy, this time not so much. I'm also only writing this because I gave them a chance to rectify the situation at the restaurant & I feel they didn't. I ordered the pad Thai, which I guess I should've known better, but the noodles were over cooked, mush, complete mush. The flavor wasn't there at all from what I'm used to everything else I've eaten it & it was served with a lemon wedge, not lime. Myself & my daughter tried to eat it but we felt it was inedible. They asked if we wanted another dish or discount. We had errands to finish running so we opted for the discount, which I figured would be the plate taken off the bill, no they only discounted 15%, which was a little over $4 for a $12.50 plate that was overcooked, bland & didn't taste like the dish I'm used to. I have been a loyal customer of Royal Kitchen in Oshkosh for the past 7–8 years, and I can confidently say this is the most authentic and delicious Chinese restaurant in the area.
