Subway — Restaurant in Oshkosh

My hubby n i stopped in on 10/6/17 @ approximately 2:40 pm when we entered we had witnessed an older woman (approximately 80yrs old) standing at counter to purchase a soda cup there was two women working n the one at the register was waiting for something but had observed the older woman n instead of taking the 2 seconds to ring her up she chose to make her wait litterly 5 mins. I turned to my hubby n said something n he even agreed that it was ridiculous n I said very poor customer service I did not say anything right away cuz I was steaming mad n I made my hubby pay. I walked up to the older woman n apologized for how long it took her to pay for her soda n told her that it was ridiculous n I said very poor customer service. The cashier could have let her take her cup n sit down n when she was finished with few customers then go collect for it or take 2 seconds to ring her up. When in customer service remember hospitality n to make a difference in someones experience in your restaurant is a plus. I had asked for management but was told not available n i had mentioned the situation n both employees had made me think they are not allowed to go that exta mile...

I went in with my husband, We ordered a foot long number 6, as well as a kids ham and cheese sub. Allie “assistant manager” was the one who helped us, and I’m not really sure what the deal was. But first she rolled her eyes at me when I mentioned that she started incorrectly making our sandwich (we asked for a foot long and started to receive a 6 inch) she said “you said a 6 inch” I respectfully said no I ordered a foot long NUMBER 6, and our bread was like burnt on the top. Then afterwards just wrapped our sandwiches, and said nothing. Honestly she Was very unfriendly, and seemed to really lack proper customer service skills. And mind you they were not busy. I ordered the Monster, which was supposed to be shaved beef, "crunchy" bacon, "double helping" of cheddar jack, peppers and onions. There was plenty of meat, undercooked bacon, sauce. I saw a few bits of cheese. I thought they skipped the veggies, but then my son pointed out the 3-4, paper-thin, 1" slivers of peppers and onions swimming in the sauce. I said, "Oh, ok."
