I usually don’t leave reviews but under the circumstances I felt like I needed to. Now walking into the new location it has great curb appeal. Walk thru the doors and your treated to great smells and great variety. Then you have to make decisions on what to buy. If there good you know you’ll need to return! So far so good. Now I have a daughter that has a birthday coming up in 4 days so not having much time to bake we go to a highly rated cake guru? My daughter wanted a crazy as it sounds an avocado looking cake. Let me be clear we weren’t asking for a avocado shaped cake but a small sheet cake with green frosting with an icing avocado. I was met with a rude condescending attitude!! We can’t make a specialty cake without a two week notice. I explained it’s not a specialty cake but a sheet cake with some icing in a design. Same response! Festival could take a cake and ice a design with out an issue. Very disappointing to have been treated like that. I even asked to maybe buy a stock cake and have a name and the avocado design. I was told that a specialty cake. Seriously adding a small design and a name to a cake needs a two week notice. Maybe this lends credibility to the work ethic of the young woman placed in what appeared to be a management position without experience. This is a direct reflection of her, not all young working people. I don’t care if the quality may be great, but the customer service should be at least comparable to...

They have some good sweet treats, just have to find the right ones for you as they have a huge variety of treats. On our visit we tried a personal cheesecake a macaron two cupcakes, a cake pop for our dog and a lemonade. We went here for the very first time during EAA week as we saw there ads on FB, we looked at everything once over and it truly feels like your a kid at a candy shop with so many options! The menu for the drinks had so many words fonts and colors and options it was a bit overwhelming and hard to understand. We decided to just go with a lemonade. There was three girls working at the time but only 1 was working on our order, she made us feel rushed even though we wanted to order more than what we got that day. There was a guest after us but someone else took the order after we decided to check out. The cupcakes were okay, the frosting tasted a bit like Pillsbury canned and it had as much frosting as bread. However, I guess this depends on your sweet tooth. My boyfriend enjoyed his cupcake. The cheesecake was okay as well, the crust crumbled and the turtle had lots of chocolate frosting. The macaron seemed to have buttercream in it too. My favorite was the lemonade their ice is perfect for chewing and the lemonade was the perfect mix of sour and sweet. My dog ate his entire pup cake pop so I assume he enjoyed it lol Overall, i see myself returning to try other sweets than the ones...

I purchased $40+ worth of cupcakes and cookies on 2/2/2019. They happened to be having a wedding tasting of miniature cupcakes and there were several trays of cupcakes of different varieties on the counter.. While I was paying for our purchase, my wife asked if she could taste one of the miniature cupcakes...she wasn't sure what they tasted like and was thinking about purchasing some. The young lady behind the counter said sure, go ahead. While she went to pick up a cupcake to taste, an older lady come out of the kitchen and asked my wife if she was part of the wedding party. My wife was honest and said no. The old lady told her they were only for the wedding party. At the same time, the young lady behind the counter told the old lady that she gave my wife permission to take one. The old lady told my wife once again that they were just for the wedding party. Needless to say, we will never go there again and I am hoping this post will prevent others from going there.....TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW...
