Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Oshtemo Charter Township

There’s a few people I absolutely love here, I made two cake purchases this month alone both for very special occasions, I paid over a $100 for them. Today I picked up the one for our decade anniversary it’s very special and important to us because it marks a milestone of our relationship, I got the crazy confetti cake with Happy anniversary written in blue ice cream on the cake ice cream and chocolate cake. The sprinkles are supposed to be the regular ice cream sprinkles “jimmy’s” as some call it and it’s literally illustrated in the picture but instead we got a substitute the nasty hard round fake plastic tasting sprinkles this may not seem like a big deal to others but not me or my wife can eat these kinds of sprinkles at all and the only reason why I got this cake was because I love their sprinkle cones so when I saw the picture of the cake with them on it I got excited but was sadly disappointed today and on top of that the hight is extremely off from the photo misleading even, The cake I received was really thin nothing like a ice cream cake it didn’t look at all like the photo not even close and I’m sad because I wanted today to be perfect me and my wife has been through so much and wanted today to be remembered fondly as happy memories we drove 35-40 minutes one way to get there I even send them on staff thank you messages on every instruction list, I ado love a lot of staff there but someone did mess up the cake for today I hope they do better in the future because creating these cakes are special memories for us it’s more than some treat it’s something special to look back on, If we come back hopefully it’s better and a thanks to the lady that helped us today...

This is one of my favorite ice cream shops. I am a huge waffle cone girl and this location always has them fresh made and dipped in delicious treats. I asked the wonderful employee, Sam, what I should try and she recommended the chocolate fudge. She nailed it! It was exactly what I needed after a long week of work. The therapists are all saying we need more self care right! Well Sam said she also makes the best milkshakes so my next visit I brought the hubby for a milk shake date night. I highly recommend this! Sam and her co worker Roberta are a fantastic team, they got through the long line with smiles and we did in fact get the best milkshakes ever! Thank you Sam and Roberta for the fun night out and feeding my Friday self care needs!...

It was a delight to see the new Kalamazoo baskin Robbin’s eatery and have a taste of the 31+ flavors! I had the pleasure of being waited on by a manager (love that she wasn’t just behind the scenes, she was actually helping serve!) also I had the pineapple coconut shake and also purchased a Oreo ice cream cake and a wonderful brownie! My kids (who are realllllllllly picky!) actually enjoyed everything we purchased!! At reasonable prices! I can’t wait to go back! It’s my NEW FAVORITE ICE CREAM PLACE!!
