Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oswego Township

First off you enter and it stinks! Whoever owns this clean up with actual cleaning chemicals it smells horrible. Then second of all we went at 7:30pm it was empty inside I placed an order for munchkins and half a dozen donuts, it took over 20 minutes as your employee was coughing all over food he was making. I looked at him he knew I saw him coughing all over those sandwiches he shook his head and went to wet his hands.

I then asked for a refund since I had been waiting for so long he said no he had 3 cars waiting. I said where? He had none! He had one at the window who he served and left. As he proceeded to yell at me a customer walked in and heard him he looked at me asked me if I was ok. I said yes. The guy who was working the shift proceeded to yell I said hey I only ordered donuts he said well if you wanted it quick next time go through the drive thru. So why have your store open?! You have a very rude staff! Whoever owns this I promise you your store is going to close down quick if you don’t teach your staff be have customer service and care about the people who bring you business! I will be calling corporate Monday filing a complaint on your store and staff. There is ONLY one lady who has the best customer service in the morning, which is the Hispanic girl who ALWAYS is friendly. This is USED to be a good place, but this place has quickly gone downhill. I assume the owner and some family members work here, and I must say that sometimes you have to hire outside your family. The guy on the menu sounds like he doesn't want to be there and rude and rushes you and never says morning in a friendly way. The older Indian lady always gets my order wrong because they are always rushing. They toast your bagel until it is brick and unchewable. It doesn't make sense. Never go in the afternoon it gets worse, the young Indian girl messing up on my orders because she stays her phone. Nothing tastes fresh in the afternoon. Oh, never go on weekend they hand you a bag all torn up and just throw it to you. CLOSE MY BAG. At least reopened, and sticking your hand in my bag is so nasty. They are all in a hurry to make money being rude and messy. And water doesn't clean your hands. If you don't use soap, which you should not be at home, you're serving people food and stop sticking your fingers in customer's cups when making coffee. Wear gloves, that is how people get sick. Maybe the Health Department should go...

We walked in, nobody greets us. They have us wait about 6 minutes. NO LINES. NO DRIVE THUR. Workers are talking and gossiping. We patiently wait, did not want to interrupt them. They then finish and come over to just greet us rude. To top it all off , my large latte falls inside the lobby. My drink was wet and sloppy, on the outside of the cup, when I reached to grab it, it slipped out my hands. I clean the mess I spilled. Only me with no workers help. No mop offered, no rags. I ask if it was possible to remake my drink. I even asked for a medium or small, instead of a large to be remade. Manger cuts me off and says “yes ma’am you can order whatever size you want since you’re paying for it.” I was shocked. He then continued “yeah I don’t want them to take it out of my paycheck for a drink you dropped” I never leave reviews but this place is just horrible. I did not want anyone else to go through that. Floors were not swept, tables were just awful nasty. Nowhere clean to sit. I regret coming here and wasting money and time. I always enjoy going to the Dunkin on Douglass. Perfect service always, 2 minute drive from this location. Or just go...
