Stella's Place — Restaurant in Oswego Township

Tonighy my husband and i visited Stellas which we always do. Spend hundreds of dollars here. Employee by the name Jake seemed ok at first. While visiting for hours he had a friend whom was there for hours mingling with Jack, its safe to say you cant control a persons language, but all while i was there Jake and the young man ingaged in vulger language that was rude and disrespectful to customers. I didnt think cursing and foul language was the way to attract customers. Also he held a machine for his girlfriend longer than the allotted time 15 minutes. Also as i was told employees are not supposed to disturb the customers by vaccumming in the back which he did. At 1:13 he came to the back and told the guest they had 25 minutes to play. I thought that was odd the place closed at 2. He then proceeded to try and explain why he said it, but had no logic answer. Long story (sorry) short he called the police on us lied called us a the N word and lied to the police as well as his boss Jen. He refused to give me his name or the area manager name, until i heard him talking to the police was only how i knew. He lied to the police which made them respond in a rudely manner and give us a tresspass ticket.I have never ever been treated so rudely in Stellas ever, but thanks to Jake i no longer can attend. Unacceptable for a employee...

I got a call from the store manager who apologized and let me know that I'm welcome at Stella's just like everyone else. Although my experience began a bit rocky, I'm now back and content.
