Hire better delivery drives. I ordered a small order (a Chocolate Chip cookie and the 4 sodas). I placed the order for a future time (10/10/17 @3:15pm) I work as a security guard and we have 2 locations at this site. There is the truck shack and the main associate entrance. I entered the main associate entrance in the Notes section. The driver goes to the truck shack. He then comes to the main associate entrance and says "one more thing, you guys have been ordering to the wrong address the last couple of times, this is not the address you put on the delivery."
I pointed to a sheet on our wall (Emergency Procedure Sheet) and I say "This says that you are wrong, that IS our address. I also put in the notes on my order Main Associate Entrance" and he told me that there wasn't any notes on the receipt. He then left without saying thank you or have a good day. I later looked at the receipt and see that under my phone number, and in all caps, it says Main Associate Entrance.
This driver was unbelievably rude. He wanted to argue with me about the address. I checked google maps, and is says that i put in the correct adress. This is the only issue I have ever really had with Ottawa, IL Pizza hut, and I think it...
Read moreWow! I seriously don't feel like ordering from here again. Half of my carryout order was gross. My breadsticks were burnt and one of my pizzas was "overdone." I used quotes because when I called to let the manager know that I felt two of my food items were less than desirable and overcooked, he stated that he had personally seen the pizza and it wasn't burnt. I am sure we all have our interpretations of what we feel is burnt or not, but for the manager to say it wasn't when I am saying it is, is just wrong. I tried to see if there was somebody else I could speak to in the matter, but I was completely shut down. He said, "Not going to happen." He offered to make a new pizza or give me a refund, but that's not the point. I live 20 minutes away, so I did not want to drive with my kids all the way back for another pizza or refund. He should have apologized for the terrible quality of the food that was made in the first place. He was rude and in my opinion his kind of attitude does not belong in the world of customer service. Read moreI understand all the bad reviews for this location. We have ordered many times last minute mostly for wings since their pizza is honestly garbage. You would figure you cant really screw up those kind of wings. Even though they sometimes find a way. The one time we ordered online and got notified when they were preparing it and when it was on its way, It kept going back and forth so we called repeatedly and no one answered. It never came!! We did get charged btw. Tonight we called to make sure they were still delivering. The guy said yes but we close in a half hour. I said ok can I place an order? He said yes but we close in a half hour. Lol. He had an attitude obviously so I said forget it. I wasn't going to risk what I was probably about to get. That location is far from constant and it comes down to management. Corporate should see these reviews if they cared to do anything but I doubt they or anyone else really cares.
