The ladies at this store are awesome!!! I called to inquire about plans, phones, pricing, etc and Jayde spent a good 10 minutes or more explaining everything and answering all my questions. When I was ready to transfer my 3 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile, I called this location to make sure they had the 3 iPhones in stock that I wanted. They only had 1 in stock but the manager Heather asked me what phones I wanted and said she would find them for me and call me back. Not even 10 minutes later she called telling me she found the phones and was personally going to pick them up for me and she would have them waiting for me when I arrived. I found out later that she drove 30 minutes away to get our phones for us! She also thought ahead and advised me to get my account number and transfer pin number from Verizon, which saved a lot of time!
I went to store around 5:45pm and Jayde was there and knew about the phones and was ready to help me. I was porting over 3 phone lines and 2 Apple Watch lines. She went over the plans with me again and helped me figure out the best value for me and my family. There was some technical issues so she had to call customer service to get assistance. She was very patient and helpful and she also made sure I received the correct trade in amount that was listed on their website. Things took longer than expected due to customer service also have technical issues and even though the store closed at 8pm, Jayda and Molly both stayed late to help make sure we were all set! We didn’t want to waste time setting up the new phones in the store so we waited til we got home. We were able to get all our stuff transferred over to them, but our numbers didn’t port over, they were still set up to “temporary” numbers. I went back to the store the next morning and luckily Jayde was there to help me out! She called customer service and figured out the account number from my Verizon account had been entered wrong. They got it fixed and she didn’t let me leave until she made sure all 3 phones were linked to our phone numbers, we were able to call and text, and that our Apple Watches has service and we’re linked to our phones. She spent over an hour helping make sure everything worked perfectly!! Meanwhile, Leah was holding down the fort with all the other customers. Read moreMy phone is a year old, it has developed a reception problem, won't pick up 5g and or drops it within minutes when everyone else around me has great reception. Took it in 3 times, 3 different girls looked at it, did the restarts ect, finally offered me a refurbished phone? We bought this pc of blank, and now it obviously has an internal problem and they will graciously replace it with someone else's problem. She said "this is company policy" Gosh, what a great company to do business with. Between the tower issues ,the dropped calls and now bad company policy, yikes, We have 4 phones with them and can't wait for the contract to expire. Never again....
Read moreI was switching to T-Mobile 4 cell lines from Verizon and internet from MediaCom to 5G. I was very nervous about loss of service during the transfer process. Heather assured me that it would be seamless & spent the time to successfully bring the lines over. She gave me a list of information I need to have before the transfer and that was very helpful. I’m pleased with T-Mobile so far but the 5G Internet is spotty at times. I ordered a booster, so I am hoping that would help as I’m experiencing a number of buffering throughout the day.
