So I placed a mobile order for a foot long…as I’m pulling up to downtown subway on my bike I see a man inside grab a mobile order off the rack that WAS JUST out up there. I go inside my order is not there. So I wait and wait and wait some more because it was busy to look at my app and MY ORDER SAYS PICKED UP! I told the guy at the counter. He screenshots my order saying he’ll remake it. I got home and my sandwich was ICE COLD not toasted, and there was NO CHEESE!!! None at all. I have tried calling the store over 20 minutes now my patience has worn thin. Very disappointed. Would PLEASE LIKE MY SANDWICH REPLACED hope the gentleman that STOLE IT was happy with what I had ordered. Ppl are ridiculous and that’s not subways fault, but the SANDWICH I was given WAS GARBAGE just saying. I don’t have money to eat out so I’m pretty unhappy with the service tonight. Can’t even get someone on the phone because they clearly are not answering it which is EVEN MORE frustrating!! SO I FINALLY GOT THROUGH AND WAS TOLD IF I BRING THE SANDWICH BACK TOMORROW OR ANOTHER DAY THEYLL REPLACE IT! I’m not holding onto a nasty sandwich til then are YOU KIDDING ME?! Read moreFirst off I went in with my daughter & boyfriend. We wanted to be rang up separate & they didn't even ask. So I thought my meal was just ridiculous expensive & figured I'd check the receipt. When I did I noticed that they rang up my boyfriend's sandwich but didn't even ask if he wanted a meal or anything. So I tried to make it easy & just let him pay the difference instead of canceling our order & getting a refund & re-doing the whole order. Geez, they tried to charge him for the chips & drink at separate prices instead of the meal deal price and openly discuses how they were charging him more right in front of us. So he refused & made them figure out how to charge him correctly. We finally sit down eat uncomfortably & go to leave when I look again at my receipt to see how much money my boyfriend's sandwich was & they charged him $3 for extra meat. I mentioned it to my boyfriend & he said he didn't get extra meat. So we bring this to their attention and the boy we spoke to, 'Mitch' says that they did indeed put extra meat on his sandwich even though he did not ask for it. Read moreNot sure what happened to this location but it’s awful now. We ordered a steak wrap and grilled chicken salad and paid extra for avocado. After we left and got on the highway my sister went to eat her wrap and the steak was ice cold🤣 then I went to eat my pathetic excuse for a salad and the chicken was ice cold too! Also neither of the avocado we paid for was included. (Love paying for things I don’t get) not sure who’s running this establishment but they’re clearly not even aware how to prepare its own food since corporate clearly states all meat besides cold cuts is to be made warm unless customer specifically ask for it not to be. Considering from reviews months ago about ice cold meat they haven’t learned a thing and continue to dissatisfy customers. Not to mention the absurd prices subway has increased for sad portions (that you might or might not get) and paying extra for.
