My dad and I stopped by here to get some beers. The entrance was a little hard to find. It was in an alley but the main entrance is actually through the beer garden. The interior is really cool looking. The atmosphere is early 1900s themed. Honestly, just a really cool building. However, I did take a few stars off for the blaring loud music. I couldn’t even hear the bartender to order. I personally wasn’t a fan of the draft beer. They only had one draft, it was an apple cider ale. Read moreZeller's Inn is a bar in the heart of downtown Ottawa. It is a larger bar, featuring an indoor/ outdoor patio with 2 pool tables, 2 dart machines, and a punching machine. Smoking and drinking is allowed on the patio, making this spot a favorite for both large and small groups and is a favorite spot for the locals to meet up.
If you ever want to meet new people, Zellers Inn is the place! At the very least, the bartender is nice, and will gladly conversate with you and answer any questions you may have since she is familiar with Ottawa.
As for their menu, I have yet to try it, so I will have to go back and investigate the dishes that they offer.

I recommend this place to anyone who likes speedy drinks, a staff that interacts with you, and an atmosphere with a rich history. However if you came for the chairs like me, it may leave you dissapointed. Overall great place will come back for a...
