Limited paint options, and could use more variety in figure/Set choices. Place looks nice and is very clean. All in all a very unique and one-of-a-kind place for downtown Ottawa. A little in your face with the politics which can be divisive. They sell refreshments which is a plus and host live games which is great for the 40K community. The shop owners are willing to work with customers to order things in demand. They keep things tidy. The store has a discord to keep in touch with other gamers that go to the shop to set up games. The owners and employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They are very clear about supporting all gamers by creating a safe space to play.
