I went to get concretes for the family on 3/12/24 and there was a worker by the name of Eleanor who tried to convince me that the small concrete in a small container was a large. I had ordered some mediums for my kids and large for me and two other people. So I had the example in my hand of a large…but because the girl that took my order made a honest mistake in saying that a “Stolen Brownie “ was a concrete when it was really a sundae. That was because I asked what concrete choices had brownies in it. Eleanor was the person she had to go inform that it was a mistake because she was the one making them, and explained since I had just found out that it wasn’t a concrete I wanted the “James Brown”. I watched the whole interaction through the window and Eleanor was not happy even though it was a simple mistake. She then made the “James Brown” in a small size cup (or could have been a medium because she went back and forth lying saying it was small then a medium) and sent it to the window. I then said to the young lady that took my order this was supposed to be a large. And before she could finish hearing me, Eleanor who was hovering waiting immediately came over and started with the most ridiculous lies of how really the small/medium was the right size because a”LARGE” is determined by how much custard is in it. I’m like REALLY? Are you listening to what you’re saying and how old are you? She said 19. I’m 42…why would they even have someone who was willing to lie in the worst way to my face and I had already paid for everything so me leaving with a smaller size than what I paid for is stealing from the customer. She continued the insults and disrespect and within the first few minutes she just goes “DO YOU WANT THE CORPORATE NUMBER “? I said I never asked you for the number so she was just trying to get me out the line when clearly I was asking for what I had already paid for. I even got one of the large concretes I had in the car already and put it out the window in front of her and everyone in the line to see and said you are saying this is a large but not based on the physical size of the cup but the amount of custard. Eventually I had her to refund my money after we weren’t getting anywhere and she said she was asking me to leave. I was asked to leave just because I showed her everything she said made no sense and therefore was insulting my intelligence and had my money. I never yelled or used profanity or anything else JUST did like any customer would when you’re clearly being sold less then what I paid for because she had to redo one concrete out of 5 that I spent 40+ dollars for. I didn’t appreciate the treatment and she said she refunded me which I have yet to see credited back...
Read moreMy first time visit to this Andy's location. Waited in car line for 5 minutes (not long).
Now, Andy's has only one sign showing what is available. Just around the corner from the sign (could not see it yet), and there was a young woman taking orders on a tablet. She asked to take our order and I said I had not seen the sign.
The look on her face was one of exasperation and she shifted her body position (as she was standing RIGHT next to my vehicle). I asked her to move and watch her feet (if I had moved forward my tires would have driven over her feet - saw this same scenario threaten to happen with the vehicle in line just before us). She moved (she was not happy about this request) and I drove forward. Read the menu and ordered. Gave her credit card to pay. She did not ask if I had a Andy's rewards card.
Got to the window for our order. Sign at window says if you have a rewards card, they can look up your card via your phone number. Asked the young girl at the window, who obviously was new and training (no problem), if she could look up our number.
She did not know how to do so, so asked another employee - who, just happened to be the same employee who took our order outside. She tried to look up our card; however, the computer did not find our card.
The young woman then started to ask questions about - had we added our phone number to our card, AND how we should have asked about our rewards card when we ordered AND now, asking at the window required a MANAGER to be called to the window.
SIGH!
Rude and unprofessional behavior.

Read moreBack to Sheridans I go!!! Extremely disappointed! If I could do NO stars, I would!! I’m in a car and she gave me a cup with a spoon in it, I had to ask for a lid! Should be common sense to put lids, straws and a spoon in a cup when someone is driving!! Ask customers if they want a sack to prevent melting so fast.. and easy to carry! I just bought a large Texas 2 Step. For almost $8.00, all I got was a large dusty smelling plastic cup, with little to no vanilla custard, only 2 strawberries and hot fudge on the bottom. The cup was not even full ?? For that money, I would have expected it be full to the top. It was all melted when I got it even being 20 degrees outside? Rushed!! Also, If I wanted at a hot fudge sundae, I would have ordered one. Plus, no one in the shop had hair nets on and all of the employees had long greasy hair hanging in their eyes, tossing it around, gross!! Get employees that smile and want to be there instead of just a body. Drive up took over 30 minutes.. crazy!! If this place is going to go have a drive up, maybe they should have 2 drive up windows?? People waiting for drive up we’re rude, cutting in front of each other and you have to park on the street by Lowes because their drive up lane is too short. Thought this company had higher...
