Updated: We have been back. It's been fine. They seemed to have stepped it up. But one question. Why are you skimping on lettuce for a salad bowl?? It's lettuce. I ordered two salad bowls. We got hardly any lettuce. Is it because I order in the app? Because I'm just going to start going through the line I guess so I can say "A reasonable amount of lettuce for my salad, please." I honestly don't care about the portion of meat. But lettuce?!
I go to this Chipotle a lot. Today was probably the last time. I don't know why I've continued for as long as I have. This location ruined Chipotle for my husband a long time ago. They really do skimp on the food. I've had to ask for extra rice just to get a normal amount of rice. I've gotten literally just a few pieces of lettuce and a tiny amount of cheese on my bowl. The second to last time I ordered a quesadilla, it was cut really off and hard to hold together to eat. I ordered one today and it wasn't even cut all the way through. The cheese wasn't melted all the way. I'm fine waiting a few extra minutes for hot quality food that I'm paying good money for. I had ordered my daughter and niece kids meals and then placed my quesadilla order through the app. There were two people filling chip bags and one person standing at the cash register. It was slow. So nobody was fulfilling online orders. I had to ask after 15 minutes after I'd submitted the order. The lady who rang me up for the kids just left their meals sitting on the counter. No tray to help us. I had to reach over the counter to get them. She just rang me up and walked away. I felt her customer service skills were lacking. Kind of rushing us. It wasn't busy at all. There was another time when my daughter's chips were stale and I asked for a fresh bag. I got an attitude about it. You obviously don't like dealing with customers, so I'll go out of my way to go to a different Chipotle now where I'll be treated like a human being and not an inconvenience and get hot fresh food in the amount that I'm paying for. And what's the deal with you only being able to order a quesadilla online? When I started going to Chipotle 16 years ago, that's all I ever ordered for the first couple years before online ordering was even a thing. Did they get rid of the button on the cash register or something? It is what it is. Chipotle used to be amazing. It's gone downhill over the last several years while they keep raising their prices and giving you less food that's become mediocre. But either way, this location is...
Read moreI'm afraid I have to completely amend my review. They changed my mind about it years ago, but I forgot to come back here. I've since boycotted this location, so this will all be in the past tense, and if they've fixed these problems, then good for them, but I'm never going back. My food was always cold, and here's why. I would order it online while I was still at work, and pick it up on the way home. Of course, you can't just choose whatever time you want, they come in 15-minute increments. So even though I would get there at 5:50, I would ask for it to be ready at 6:00. Well, that time was irrelevant to them. The request came in at 5:25, so they made it at 5:25, and just let it get cold for 20 minutes. This became a regular problem, so I finally complained about it to the manager. He claimed people wanted their food ready when they got there, so it was better to make it early. Yeah, they don't want to wait, that's true, but I asked for it at 6:00, so have it done close to 6:00. I would rather wait than eat a practically frostbitten burrito. I wasn't asking him to be late. It can be early, or late, but it can also be on time. That's a thing that exists. He didn't seem to understand the concept of "on time". My God. What the manager DID understand was that my logic was far superior to his, but he couldn't admit it, so he started trying to gaslight me, and told me to stop yelling. I absolutely wasn't yelling. Trust me, if I were yelling, you would know. The whole restaurant would know. The next Chipotle location would know. I wasn't yelling. Well, anyway, like I said, this location is on my blacklist. I go out of my way to drive to a different one, because they went out of their way to give me multiple bad experiences. I hope the manager no longer works there, because he was a terrible person who decidedly didn't want my business, and he got his wish. I drop a lot of money at Chipotle, so it's a not insignificant...
Read moreA man Named Ramiro told me he would call the police if I didn't leave because I asked a question about portion size since I've had my order way as much as 2x for the same thing, was simply asking what I should expect at a minimum and the only reason I asked is because out of 10 years and hundreds of locations, I've never had a bowl as small as I got when I raised this concern, showed nothing but respectful manurism for hol to try gaslighting me into thinking I was scaring the other customers when I was nothing but nice. I didn't even complain about the food I had, it was great, he told me he'd hit the button if I didn't leave which left me confused because I wasn't in there with anger or any kind of threatening energy, just a simple question and he kept saying it pre portioned which was not my question and I said that's not what I'm asking and he said leave. I even asked the younger gentleman at the counter if he could help convey what I was asking because he look like he understand the first time I said something and Ramiro clearly didn't understand my English that well. Oh and as I was at the door he told his coworkers loud enough back behind the counter all the way to the front door where I was that I was looking for free food when not once did I complain about my food or ask for free food nor did I hint or gesture that. Just wanted to know what a bowl is supposed to look like in size, was my only question and I literally got kicked out for it, if corporate could comment and leave me a contact, I will not stop reaching out until I can find out the reprecusions of disrespecting someone who asked a...
