JUST THE FACTS - They will make you laugh at the utter stupidity of their corporate policies and the lack of common sense and customer service amongst the management team at this location. Arrived looking for vegetarian options for my son and I and a cheese quesadilla for my daughter so started by ordering the veggie bowl. Now mind you guacamole comes with a veggie bowl. Was told that they have guacamole but that it's reserved only for online orders due to the fact that the morning shift didn't make enough. Asked to speak to the manager and he confirmed that they prefer to tell their face-to-face customers they can't have something because the online business is prepaid and it's too much of a hassle to issue a refund. So I was welcome to stand there with a line of people almost out the door while I place my order online and every other customer waits on me. That was absurdity number 1 and I decided to live with no guacamole and move on. Item #2 - I ordered a quesadilla and the manager hadn't left my presence yet so he quickly let me know again if I ordered online I could have the full size quesadilla but if you walk in and order a quesadilla like I did it will be refused because it's not part of the in store menu (although it's offered online for in store pickup...not sure what kind of sorcery this is... I told him surely common sense should prevail but that wasn't the case. The person making my food (very smart individual) said I will take care of you and make you a large quesadilla. The woman working the front cash register ran back to tell the manager and he came out again after my quesadilla was finished and told the worker to throw it in the trash and then told me I was playing games with him. I responded back by telling him that he's the one playing games and that he needed to use his head and common sense in making decisions for the business. Obviously the manager is not capable of that. If I could've hired the individual making my order I would've because he's the only one focused on the customer in this store. So there you have it...I've eaten at this store many times before and at this time would not recommend Chipotle at this time and especially not this store. The manager has no idea what common sense or customer service is and seems to be nothing more than a "yes" man to the ridiculous...
Read moreVisited this establishment for a snack. All I wanted was a large guacamole and chips. The young man at the line never acknowledged my presence or greeted me. He was refilling items on the line which I understand but my goodness at least say "Hello, I'll be with you soon". The same thing happened to a guy that walked in behind me.
The young lady at the register just stood there as well like she couldn't be bothered to do anything or help. After about 6 minutes of standing there I finally asked the young lady at the register to assist me and asked for the manager. She just hollered over to the young man who initially ignored me to help. He finally gave me what I asked for but it was sloppy and there was guacamole all on the outside of the container.
When the manager came over and I expressed my disdain she simply said "Oh, well if I'd seen you then I would've helped you". Seriously!?!? All the people in the back including her saw the other customer and I standing there.
To add insult to injury when I got home my guacamole wasn't even made from avocados. I'm certain it was made with Calabacitas (a cheaper substitute used in some restaurants to " fake" guacamole.
Chips were also stale and pretty much flavorless. Chipotle you should be ashamed of yourself all the way around for the experience and for trying to pull the wool over your customers eyes using cheap substitutes for...
Read moreWhen getting a bowl the first employee ask my boyfriends what he would like, and he said I just want two sides of chips and queso. When the second employee rung us up she didn’t add the chips into the bag. We just had the queso. After we paid and walked out we checked the bag and realized we didn’t have the chips. We then went back and asked for the chips. The employee that rung us up accused us of never asking for chips in the first place. My boyfriend then told this employee that he asked the first employee for the chips and the that she only put the queso in the bag. Immediately the employee that rung us up got defensive and offended towards us. She said she already asked us if we wanted chips. We said we already told the first employee we wanted chips and queso. We were very willing to pay for the 2 bags of chips that were never rung up. She then angrily grabbed the chips and threw them on the counter and said, “you can just have them.” It was overall awkward and not the best experience. I always go to this Chipotle, so this was very disappointing to me. The situation was just completely unnecessary. The employee that made my bowl did a...
