Very disappointed in my experience this morning. I was so excited to see there was a Daylight Donuts near us as I grew up with one in my hometown and loved it! I loaded up my almost 2 year old and my brother (who drove 30 mins to meet us) met us there with his 4 year old. We ordered and got our donuts and as the 4 year old was selecting a table we were told we couldn’t sit down bc they were closed. I asked what time they closed and they said “noon but we’re slow so there is no point in staying open.” It was 10:15 in the morning and there was another man there sitting down eating with his son and he said “that’s the last customer I’m taking today” so we had to load our kids back up and find a park nearby to go eat our donuts. This is an amazing donut shop! The owners of this shop went out of their way to prepare 27 dozen delicious donuts (not a typo) and 12 containers of coffee for a 6:50 am pickup, with only 2 days notice. The shop typically begins preparing donuts at 2:00 am for the day. The owners went in at 1:30 am just to make sure my order was ready in time. They packaged the donuts so they could be transported as easily as possible and helped load the order. Jeena, one of the owners even delivered the final container of coffee to the event site so I could go ahead and begin setting up. I saw this place while driving one day and had to stop in this morning. It was worth waking up for; these were the best donuts I've ever had!! With a crispy outside and light, fluffy inside, I can't say I've had a donut this high quality before. Best Bavarian cream donut in the area!

I was suggested the Indian tea while picking my donuts, and I don't think I could go back to having coffee with donuts again. The blend of spices is enough to heighten the base black tea, and it's accompanied by a gentle sweetness that brings it all together. You'll be doing yourself a disservice to not try it!

All in all, I'm definitely coming back many more times...
