Over the years, several pizza shops have operated at this location, but this one might be the best yet! The pizza was so delicious that I couldn't think about anything else except getting it into my mouth. I was so eager to eat that I almost dropped a slice into my lap while trying to place it on my plate. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, which was almost too much for one person. Maybe it was because it was my first meal of the day, but I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The crust had the perfect balance of being lightly toasted with just a hint of char. Each slice was generously topped with plenty of pepperoni, and the cheese was melted beautifully on top. My first interaction with the staff was a bit awkward, but once I completed my order, we didn't interact much, and the food handoffs were smooth as butter. Stopped by on Labor Day and they weren’t officially open, but we were allowed to dine in. We had a good conversation with one of the owners and learned a lot about why it took longer than planned to open, how they are so excited to be here in OP and how their pizza and ingredients are made fresh.
