3rd time I tried to give this location a shot, and this last attempt was the single worst experience iv had here.
Ordered my pizza on the app and was told 50 mins - waited 1.5 hours (as I believed they were super busy and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt) attempted to call them and waited on hold for 30 mins and no one answered (they never answer there phone) so I decided to drive up there to get my order cancelled as there was 0 chance of me doing it over the phone due to there poor customer service skills.
I arrive at the location 2 hours past when i ordered the delivery (quoted 50-65 mins) there was a line at the counter with people all in the situation as me (ordered delivery 2+hours earlier) so i waited for assistance for 30 mins (not a single person in line was helped or even acknowledged including new orders/carryout pickups) while i was standing there i watched as the employees had no interest in making pizza or doing any kind of real work as they moved slower then anyone iv ever seen in the service industry.
I was able to flag down a delivery driver to request a refund/canceled order from and after having him try for 15 mins with no luck finding my order another employee came to take over. During this interaction the employee advised my order was done and walked over to the rack and pulled a receipt down and said my order was finished, I requested to see my food and he stumbled and said "well there coming out of the oven right now" (the last 30 mins I stood there watching them prepare food was the single most disgusting experience and completely revolted me from ever wanting to eat anything made here. Employees throwing pizza directly on top of dirty oven, employees not cleaning anything between slicing, Every single pizza that came out of over deformed and grotesque, and after watching the slicer wipe snot onto there hand for the 3rd time i decided nothing on the planet save a check for 100k would ever make me eat anything made by them) while i was standing there the app updated finally and said my order was "on its way" when it clearly wasn't even put in the oven yet. Every single person in line with me were retching watching this entire clown show in front of us. (Open Kitchen design means we can watch everything, including every single employee NOT wearing gloves/masks)
TLDR App time is a lie and employees game the system to lie to you The food here looks worse then what you would buy from frozen pizza isle and likely tastes better This place should fail health code checks no employee will EVER answer the phone so just give up trying (it was ringing the entire time i was there and no-one ever even tried Employee will fight and lie to you if you attempt to cancel order due to poor service

Read moreFor context: I am a long-time Domino's fan and almost always they are my pizza shop of choice. This location, however, seems to consistently be a hot mess.
A month ago I made an online order at this store, and an hour later (after it was supposed to have already been delivered) received a call saying it would be another couple of hours before they would be able to deliver it. They were apologetic, but I had to cancel the order. I was at a game night with a bunch of friends, and we were all hungry.
Now, today, I made another online order but this time a couple of hours in advance to avoid running into the same problem. On the order I specified a 6:00 pm delivery. At 6:10 pm nothing had been delivered, so I checked the tracker - which said the "quality check" had been started at 5:30, so the pizzas had been done for over half an hour and still not even left the store. I called in, and the employee who answered was obviously not listening because he thought I was a different order - one that that was going to need to wait another hour or two for the delivery. Once we were finally on the same page he explained that he was down a delivery driver, but that my order was scheduled to come out next - it would be another 20-30 minutes before it was delivered. I decided to just go pick it up myself instead. I get there, and can tell that the man in line ahead of me also had problems with his order. Once I get to the counter they bring out my order, but do not have the drinks or dips ready to go so I have to wait for those.
The cashier also kinda gave me the creeps. The first thing he said to me when I told him who I was: "Oh, you're young! I thought you were going to be old, but you're young!" And at the end when I said I didn't want help carrying the order to my car, he said "oooh, strong lady! I wanna see you carry this!" It was a bag with two 2-liter sodas, two pizzas, a small bag of dips, and two small bread boxes. Not that big of a deal, and I was frustrated and just wanted to get out of there.
Fortunately, they did remove the delivery tip from my online payment and gave me a discount on the order. But, once I got everything back home, we opened the pizzas up and realized one of them was made incorrectly (it was supposed to be thin crust and was not). So, basically, we're never ordering from this location for a game...
Read moreI usually do not complain, as I work in the food industry. However, this was the third chance I’d given this Dominos and I will definitely no longer be ordering here. The reason I gave this location so many chances was because I used to always have great experiences! I order a lot of pizza and this was always my go-to place. It was always fast delivery and perfectly made pizzas. These last 3 times though (within a month), the delivery took way longer than it should have considering my pizzas were all claimed to be done 30 min - 1 hour before they even left the store—and one occasion the pizza was done but took almost two hours before it even left. I had called the store an hour after the tracker said it was finished and Stephanie said it’d be coming, but offered no sort of apology or anything. I assumed they would’ve remade the pizza as it took so long from the time it was made, but no. I received it old and barely edible. To top it off, the order was missing ingredients. This time around, the pizzas aren’t edible AT ALL and that’s why I’m making this review because I’m tired of wasting my money here. I had two simple pizzas and they both are going in the trash. One is black all around the edges with an abundant amount of sauce with barely any cheese when I asked for double cheese. The other is covered in bubbles and barely any cheese whatsoever. This is very disappointing as my pizzas always used to come out great!! I assume management must have changed or something big happened at this location to have this drastic of a difference, but this is just awful. The last two occurrences in question, Stephanie was apparently the one who baked my poor looking pizzas to “perfection.” I’m going to go out of my way to a different Dominos from now on and just do away with delivery. Be very aware if you order from this location because your order will be definitely be late and most likely wrong/disgusting.
This is NOTHING against the drivers because they’re always very kind and I do tip them well. I know it’s not their fault the pizzas suck. From the time the tracker says the pizza leaves the store to the time it arrives, it only takes about 12-15 minutes. Whoever makes these pizzas though should either stop making pizzas or get...
