Gene and his wife took the best care of my now fiancé and I when looking to purchase an engagement ring! They were with us from the first day past the last in congratulating us on everything !! Not only do they provide great business, but the integrity and honesty they have are top notch. I knew nothing about any stones from my life experience and they walked us through what everything meant in the stone variations and other aspects of their industry. I first went to them from a family member reference because they have had such an outstanding relationship for over 25 years now. This shows that gene and his wife, Karen, truly care about the people they do business with. They grow and nurture the relationships with all and always lead them in the right direction when discussing jewelry ! They told me what to look out for in good and bad stones and rings. Of course I shopped around to see what others had to offer but nothing compared to the brilliance in the stone they showed me! Other companies even had the urge to try and contact the stone cutter to buy this stone from Gene to gain my business. It was definitely a shady move on other jewelry stores in the industry, but Gene stayed true and honest with me about everything. Others tried to undercut Gene and Karen and also wanted me to show little interested in the stone so they could buy it and gain my business. From that moment on, I knew THE HOUSE OF DIAMONDS, was the jewelry store I was going to choose! These actions showed me that other competitors not only envied the stones they had, but the relationships and business that the house of diamonds provided ! Gene and Karen stood by my side through all of these decisions that I kept going back and forth on and showed the utmost patience as well! From the time of August through December, no question went unanswered and I was presented with something that blew my wildest dreams away when they opened that ring box ! To conclude, I 100 percent recommend this store and these people ! For over 30 years they have been providing this amazing service and I plan on doing business with them for as long as I can...

I went to House of Diamonds because they were highly recommended by a friend who is in the jewelry supply business. I was in need of having my wedding rings re-sized, and they have a jeweler on site, which means that my rings would stay right there in the store and the work would be done in the shop. I was very, very pleased with the service I received. Karen took great care of me, made sure I knew my diamond, mapped it, and had me look at it with the loupe. She explained the style, the cut, everything about it. I asked her about the condition of the ring, since another jeweler had said that one of the prongs was damaged and would need to be rebuilt. She said there is nothing wrong with the prongs, and had me look at them thru the loupe for verification. She laid out the costs, explained exactly what would be done. In the meantime she cleaned another ring for me that I would wear until my ring was ready. She told me how long it would take for the work to be done. I felt very strongly that my ring was in the right hands. I received a call much sooner than expected that my ring was ready. I went to pick it up and was so very pleased with the quality of the work that had been done. My ring is beautiful. I think they actually fit it together with the bands around it better than when it was originally made. The jeweler who had done the work even came out to see it on my finger, and make sure that I was happy with it. They told me to come back as often as I wanted to have my rings cleaned. I wish I had more reason to visit them again! They are a professional, welcoming, and wonderful group. I will be back for regular cleanings and will enjoy looking around to see what's new! Overall - these guys will bend over backwards to get things right for you. I was so impressed. This is now the only place we will take my wife's ring. My (now) wife and I took her engagement ring (it was her grandmother's heirloom ring) here to be worked on before we got married. It needed quite a bit of work. The guys at House of Diamonds fixed it up just the way it must have looked when her grandmother first got it. There was just one problem - it was so worn that my wife had never seen it in its original state, and it turns out she didn't actually like it that way! This is where the real review starts. We came back to house of diamonds and explained (we were also under a time crunch to get it fixed up for her before she left on a long trip). I talked with the owner (Gene) and he was so understanding. He scheduled a time for us to come in outside of normal hours to sit down with one of their jewelers to figure out just the way she wanted it to look. We worked with them for a while while the jeweler worked on the ring right in front of us, going back and forth until we had figured it out. Then they finished it up after we left. I was SO IMPRESSED! Who does that in this day in age? Not only do they have jewelers on site (no mailing out) but they took the time to sit down with us and work directly with the jeweler. They did an absolutely phenomenal job and the ring looks amazing. My wife loves it. We also bought my wedding ring here as well and the service was amazing. This is the only place we will bring my wife's ring in the future and I can't recommend...
