Most Dunkin Donuts that I go to have their seasonal flavors on the drive-thru menu, and I know the fall flavors usually change every year. This one did not have them on display, so when I got to the speaker I asked the man who took my order what seasonal flavors they had for their coffee. He replied with "uhh... Pumpkin?" With a little bit of a tone. I wasn't sure why he was irritated with me already. I asked him "is that all?" He replied with "butter pecan.... Maple pecan....?" The fact that I had to ask "is that all" frustrated me. I used to work in a coffee shop, and this man had no customer service skills at all. I said "oooh can I get a maple pecan iced coffee please?" ... I then asked about their seasonal donuts, as their drive-thru menu didn't have them displayed... He replied "uh....spiders." I was confused, I had no idea what he meant by spiders. I asked him, yet again, "is that all?" He replied with a harsh "yes" and was basically was annoyed with me asking questions, and obviously wanted to get me out of the drive-thru as fast as possible because he would not elaborate or explain the flavors to me. I paid $3 for an iced coffee that I can't even drink because it was so watery, it tasted like they mixed Maple pecan syrup with ice water. I don't usually leave bad reviews even when I don't have a good experience, I just brush it off. But the absolute lack of customer service experience just drove me away and I will not be returning to this Dunkin...
Read moreIt doesn't open until about noon for delivery. Which is weird for a BREAKFAST RESTAURANT! I'm never eating here again.
EDIT: I must amend my original review. I ended up going there so I could ask in person what is wrong with delivery. They don't have a phone number that lets you talk to a human, so this was my only way. She had no idea, of course. They think it's the app's fault. Someone at Dunkin' told Seamless that they don't open until noon. That's not something that Seamless just does accidentally. As far as in-person service is concerned, it was terrible. I stood at the top of the line for about five minutes before she claimed to have finally noticed me. She wasn't on the other side of the planet. She turned around and faced me on a number of occasions before that. I just thought she was too busy with drive-thru orders, but now I know they're just incompetent. When she finally did take my order, she proceeded to void out half of it. I guess she thought I changed my mind in the middle of it, when in reality, I ordered two sandwiches. If I had changed my mind, I would have...ya know, SAID THAT. Because I wouldn't have wanted to pay for something I didn't want. But instead, I simply didn't get what I wanted. I don't ask for a receipt, because I'll just have to throw it away, but restaurants keep screwing up my order, so I guess I'll just have to do that from now on. Plus, the...
Read moreWent through drive thru and asked what kind of cake donuts they had. She listed chocolate, vanilla, blueberry, old fashioned, but I cut her off then and asked for one blueberry and one old fashioned. Now I have always thought of old fashioned as the kind with sour cream, and vanilla as plain, so that's on me for not clarifying. I said, "I don't even know what donuts cost these days" and she responded " $2.07" which blew my mind. So I asked for just the old fashioned; wrong choice. Now this was 12:00 pm and no other cars were in line or even in the customer parking. Not only did it take the clerk over 4 minutes to give my change (2 dimes) it took her another few minutes to get my bag. No hello, thank you, nod or any acknowledgement I was there except "2.07." not that will be..., just 2.07. I paid and drove off and reached into the bag with such disappointment when I felt a dry, plain cake donutsl. If I'm paying 10 times the actual cost for something, I expect better. So I called immediately to see if they actually did have old fashioned sour cream, but even though they had no customers and there were at least 2 people, I would have expected them to answer the...
